Rec'd letter from cap one on friday stating that there charges have been correctly applied to my account, they believe there charges to be fair and lawful( yeh believe what you want cap one:p). I'm now ready to file a Claim at MCOL on wednesday. Hope this is the right way to go, i'm also going to add the 8% interset too.

"It's going to take us a little while to look into your situation and come back with a detailed response. We'll do everything we can to get an answer to you within 4 weeks of this letter. 12. I know what you mean. I stopped paying my monthly payment(which was a measly minimum 9.00) when i started the claim, i have had none stop phone calls and mobile calls and txt's, there doin my head in... I have only missed one payment so far, surely that 9.00 isn't going to make much difference....

  17. Hi everyone I have just started a claim against capitol one, i'm at the stage were I have sent the Preliminary approach for repayment letter and a schedule of charges sheet(i did not add the interest at this stage I hope that that's the correct way). I have recieved a response in which capitol one acknowledge my claim but they tell me that it will take 4 weeks to look into my claim and if it takes longer than 4 weeks they will write to let me know. Is this what should happen at this stage or are they just delaying. The 20th of july is the 2 week limit, should i move onto the LBA letter or just wait for them to get in touch. My charges come to 326 pounds without interest.. Any advice from anyone at the mo would be much appreciated.... Thanks..

  20. Hi, i sent a request for my statements on the 27 march with a cheque for £10. The cheque was taken from my account on the 19 April. I have heard nothing from Natwest and the 40 days is now over. What do i do now...Any info would be much appreciated...

  22. Hi, Well looks like everyone's really busy, so thanks any way and I'll try find the email and CC address myself...Hopefully...Good luck to every one....
  23. Hi, i'm not new to this site, has i have won against natwest for 2 accounts and know the drill, I've also helped many other people(friends and family) to get what there owed also. At the moment i'm attempting to reclaim charges for a natwest credit card(it won't be much maybe around £180, but it is still mine lol). I have sent my DPA request with a £10 cheque, must have been over 4 weeks ago and i've heard zilt from Natwest. I sent it to the Bishopsgate address, which i used for my bank account claim, which gave really fast responses to every letter i sent them, i even got my statements within 8 days. Is this address ok for the crdit card claim or should i been using a different address... I have read all the info on this site and there are so many different addresses, it's so confusing.. Could someone please help, i would also appreciate an email address, as i don't want to send another DPA yet and feel it would be quicker. Thanks to all who respond...
