Hi, guests you just need to register and set profile. If sky would like to talk, get the punn, sky talk hhhmmm, anyhow contact site team and they will when you verify yourselves allow you to respond. I have given sky plenty of references to my desperate plight for answers adn they know I am here :)

Emails not being responded to again. I wonder how many people get led on like me adn give up due to shear exhaustion. Wonder how many of them have a medical alarm.

The only way this thread is going to be concluded is if sky have the dignity to be responsible for their actions and have respect for what they did to me, they will get a reply from me on this thread sattisfied with result. Of course I cant do that untill I am :)

Got to wait a little longer for ofcom to get the info, but told today sky are responsible for actions carried out on my line both if it was a matter they hadnt cancelled part of an order or indeed if a contractor carried out works in their name. Also confirmed that sky would have been able to see the information that tesco/cable and wireless could see and therefore it could be assumed they knew. Why would member of staff say 'companies dont like to admit fault' Was that sky official stance? What am I to think, this man was working for sky speaking to me the inconvinienced party.

I will tell you why sky feel no hurry to help me. You go to ofcom who were very helpful to be fair and I know who I am after, tesco new all along :)

Then you have to write in a formal complaint to sky, something they apparanlty get eight weeks to reply to, hecky thump, eight weeks, then if you are not happy with reply you go to otello, who have the power to go after up to £5000,00.

Ofcom say it is obvoius I have been distressed to a large extent. Just had to tell the community warden no point testing the alarm, as still down :(

So sky are going to feel no urgency to sort this are they? It will just be one formal complaint amongst NO DOUBT MANY.

Havnt ruled out court yet, otello or court, you see court they would have to turn up. I know I would :) Ofcom say I have the choice. xxx

Contacted sky by phone as not responding to me and they took my mobile number said they would ring back as manager was too busy to speak to me now and they would ring back. NO CALL SO FAR

Sent e mail in usual way and replied to use their contact form, has anyone tried it, you are refered to their normal site screen and its unavigable.

Mailer deamon seems to be returning emails, so presume they have blocked mine somehow.

You would think after admitting they had my line that they would want to liase, their man micheal richie prommised sar adn to get back to me, no response. He told me if I needed anymore info to email him, I did, they are bouncing back. xx

Now told to go back to the contact us bit on unavigable website if have complaint issue.

Registered letter it is then xx

Time for a LBA? Give them 14 days to release the line or you'll take them to court? 14 days is way more than enough because they can probably just do it by computer.

Funny enough something happend, light which has been flashing on alarm for ages now stopped. That normally means the line is there, then it started again. So could be coincidence or could be sign openreach have been playing with it. Got son to go to exchange and see if van there, but nowt so hoping they are to fit me in sooner, hey it couldnt get much worse at least I can laugh.

Post just came, rubbish from sky, ggrrrrrrrr, about their improvements to service, sarcy reply being restrained by me.........xxxxxx

What service !!!!!! You dont get service or customer service but they still send carp letters xxxx

Very confusing thing just happend. Found an email from a company called OCC TELECOMS refering to me sending them a request regarding the slamming. I sent no email. It also had my name wrong Ms, fist name not surname and also had to ask me for my phone number. They say they are ofcom and Odd for it to say could not yet tell me who was responsible. The ofcom ref was different to mine and although I replied I asked them who had passed my email to them, you see from me email someone could assume my surname is so, but if you call yourself fat_bum74 does than mean you get a reply to ms. bum if you hadnt sent it.

I suspect as I have emeiled cheif executive office with mention of ofcom someone has passed my email on. Odd for them to say they have no idea who is wrong, when today I was able to tell ofcom sky had admitted having my line after all.

VERY ODD

Okay panic over looks like they are ofcom, bit odd as theyve already heard from me. Was that you sky all I can say is it is just as well I wasnt using my other email, my new one, otherwise I would have been called, ms. sky. does.not.talk. hahahahha or ms talk maybe, more talking than sky I can say that for sure, but obvioiulsy still by mobile. Bills adding up.

Turned out it was a helpful receiver of one of my emails who passed it to ofcom to make sure I was getting help. So silly me for suspecting it could by sky, for exactly how have they been helpful so far to think in any way they would care after not responding to my emails previously.

I KNOW ;)

But thanks to lady who did care xx

Contacted ofcom today just to confirm things and they say yep clear to see sky have your line. I said that sky were saying its not their fault and must admit we had a little giggle there and then told to start to ask for what I want as in compensation.

Just a note, sky said not technically slamming, oooppppsss sky, ofcom refered to it as slamming, not little old me. So whatever you think of technicality this or that ofcom technically refer to it as SLAMMING.

Electric went down today funny enough and my daughter said does sky do electric? hahahaha

So needed to ring and find our what problem was. Rang local council who told me to ring energy provider and after holding for a while decided to leave it another half hour just incase came back on. Council wanted me to report it incase no one else did as more reports quicker it is looked into as it was the whole estate had gone down.

Lucky for me after giving up holding on on a bleeding mobile of course there was obvioulsy others to report it. Came back on a short while later.

Of course not a big problem when you have you LAND LINE eh SKY :( Dig Dig

Just rang ofcom again to pass on that william of sky thinks that ofcom would not have told me the information they relayed to me as in that sky had my line and that skys contractors/business partners are indeed responsible for actions on my line. Asked for it in writing to which they are going to do and they very keenly want me to go otello route first as I was mentioning court due to their total refuting anything that happened was anything to do with them. Apparantly sky will have to pay 400.00 just to have the case looked into by otello, oohh more expensive than 30.00 court fee and then I can still go court route if required.

So now calmed down and going down right path.

Dont forget that email sky, you know the one telling me you have the line and that not your fault, will Otello back you on that one? Also all the emails sent that have not been replied to I will tell y ou why, because they are little old me insisting your responsible and how do you answer that, of course ignore.

Right I may have been speaking to someone more senior who wants to look into the case. Out of desperation and wanting to show I had done everything minutely possible to communicate with sky I found a number to exchange of head office and asked for michael ritchie. Put on hold and after while pleasant woman asked did I want anyone else to which I said jeremy darroch as his name appears on my emails. Put through to another exchange and get I suppose pa or secretary, to be honest wondering why I am there, but did listen and took trouble to pass my mobile number onto one of the people answering in his name.

So Barbara if you have not exhausted yourself reading this long thread, you can at least see how exhausted I have been. I want to show otello and if necessary court how hard I have tried and how ill it has made me. Imagine fearing yourself having seizures where you know you stop breathing and help is dependant on the phoneline. You would probably feel desperate too.

I have been told she will look into it and said why Ive rung and she said hopefully it wont need otello or court, I hope so too, but at least Ive tried. How would you value extreme distress for an unrelenting period of three weeks, added to three days the last time added to nearly one week desperately making sure they do not cut me off, to find it happens anyhow. To keep receiving emails and texts in that week to ring and told you are still their customer on one computer and not on the other, told to ignore the texts and letters and emailed the order will not go through.

To find what you knew was right and ofcom confirm it to then have to stress at likes of william saying sky have not had my line despite me pointing out email received week ago, to be told not responsible.

If I havnt got an ulcer yet Id be suprised. But seriously anyone with problems with a line dead on two occassions for so long and having two companies saying different things would make you want to bang your head on a brick wall.

One thing I did know, tesco were talking sence and sky wasnt. Said all along companies make mistakes look at bt rep msselling me, but they admitted it and apologised. Tesco over the broadband, did their best and resolved in end but when the chips were down, they were willing to help a distraught person who technically wasnt their customer anymore. That help counted xx

I have to hand it to anthony network manager tesco, he was right all along and unfortunatly had me ping pong to and fro his personal number due to sky, but guess what he answered every time and rang when said, that made a big difference, showed they wanted to help. xx

Hoping just one more day till line goes back up, seeing doctors tomorow and requesting to be put back on depression medication, I was managing without it till these last few weeks xxxx

Lets see how sky react now, hopefully better xxxxx

Seem to be able to make outgoing calls today, but broadband and incoming calls not yet operational. They have today to sort it so suppose outgoing calls is first to come back on.

I know they had trouble last time returning the number after sky cut it off the last time, took three and half hours to find it. My mobile knows its my number when ring from house line, yet ring from mobile to house line and dead as doe doe still.

Hear it happily ringing away in ear yet not in house !!!! Oh well they should sort it.

Told barbara to ring my mobile first and not to rely on home number so if your reading this you have my mobile number. Alarm cannot still work properly as cant communicate with computer at wardens end but should be okay when incoming calls returns.

Just so stressful sitting around waiting to know alarm okay again and the warden comes again tomorrow. to check it.

So no call from sky yet.

Just to add to anyone reading this from the beginning at first I did not realise the true reason for my line going dead the fist time, just assumed it was tesco. It later transpired works were carried out on my line in name of sky, it was again the good old problem with the order. Bear in mind I have learnt as I went along. After a while learnt it was sky it made the second time worse. The first time i was just relieved to get it back on due to alarm, second time well distruaght that could be allowed to happen again. I am sure subject access requests will easily show sky were at fault, william the other day mentioned the dropped order, I had been told robot dropped order. At this point despite having the vic code sky were happily blaming tesco. I at this time was ringing tesco blaming them from what told by sky and they had to correct me that they had done no works on my line and indeed on the second occasssion this appeared to be the case again.

If sky disagree with any of this they are welcome to comment.

I notice it is now afternoon, still no call as promised xx
