Well for a start you can reclaim the insurance. But for now can you repost it after editing out your a/c number ;) and can you reveal the figures so they can be checked over.

I've unapproved the pdf for the reason above.

So leave in the Loan ammount and charges etc

You should reclaim that £3.2K back plus interest. Have a read through; Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) - The Consumer Forums particularly this thread http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/payment-protection-insurance-ppi/61081-ppi-some-notes-claimants.html

These type of agreements are not my forte so it needs to be checked over by someone who's more familiar with them. ;)

I'm afraid the agreement looks enforceable but you should reclaim that PPI back as it will reduce the amount drastically.

Cant claim it back its been over 6 years. :(

So what do i do about paying this Debt off. On the Financial Statement CAB done they reckon i can afford £80 a month. But this will leave me with nothing, Ideally i could afford £40 a month. Theres a payment form on here somewhere aint there

You can claim it back, where did you get the 6 yrs from?

The limitation period for making PPI claims is 6 years from the date that you could reasonably have discovered that you were the victim of mis selling - and you can claim all the way back to the beginning.
