but I think I am giving up.:(

Just got my second letter refusing to refund charges. This was in response to a letter I cobbled together from the Govan Law Centre template posted by someone on CAG last week.

I have no idea how to take FD to court so I suppose this is the end for me. Goodbye £2000 odd quid!

Fernack.

Its just so disheartening! My letter was 2 pages long and they just dismissed it in a couple of sentences. They probably know that court action is an idle threat in my case.

I am claiming £5000. I put my claim in well before the stay. I helped my friends to claim and they were all getting settlements while I still waited. The day of the supreme courts decision my heart sank. I was really looking forward to getting my money back.

I check on here every day for the new templates. As soon as they appear my letter will be in the post the same day.

Can you post up the respons you got because at the moment many banks are simply dismissing out of hand any letters they receive?

Furthermore, there are some light at the end of the tunnel and some strike outs by the banks have been fought successfully and amended POC's are going in.

The fat lady is definitely not singing on this one.
