I have received court papers over a dispute I have with my landlord, however the tenancy cited on the papers is the wrong address. It states the property number as '54' when it is in fact '54a'. What should I do? As the LL is taking me to court for unpaid rent, should I let this run to court and pull them up on the technicality or does it not make a difference?

Thanks in advance

Very unlikely to make any difference. If there was a Mr bazookabadge also living at 54, the judge may ask for proof the claimant had the right one - but otherwise, work on getting a good defence together, it will work better than technicalities.
