is my agrrement enforceable

i took out a secure loan on 20/03/2007 with welcome , at first i was told it was a 10 year agreement and told my monthly payment and took ppi (which i currently have a cliam to retreive), upon receipt of the paperwork i stupidly ignored the term checked the monthly payment which matched signed and returned my partner also had to sign because it is a joint mortgage but not a joint loan. since i started the ppi claim (which is taking forever 8 months so far) i noticed the length of the agreement is 181 months , i have read that aagreements prior to april 2007 could be un-enforcable if anyone could give me some advice as to how to find out that would be very grateful

post up your agreement and someone with more knowledge than me can have a look good luck with ppi claim - dont forget to edit out personal details account numbers etc never know who is reading....
