Send the letter straight to Lowells as soon as you get the demand....or you could possibly word it so that you know they are attempting to deliver a demand and can they send one via recorded delivery...

Okay, have followed up the last email recieved fro them with the following:

Dear Sirs

I am in receipt of your recent letter dated 6th August whereby you make threats of visiting my property on 9th August 2012 to issue a Statutory Demand. As you may remember, and as indicated in the email exchange below, I successfully set aside your last statutory demand over two years ago and in that case the judge awarded costs in my favour. I can only surmise, that with this latest demand it is your intention to present a malicious, unlawful and vexatious petition, as you didn't bother to defend on the last occasion, and although I will not enter into litigation via the postal service, I will be applying to set aside this demand MOST VIGOROUSLY.

Please ensure any paperwork that is issued to me, is done so by recorded delivery.

When the issue of costs arises I will be producing the last order from the court. I am also forwarding all my correspondence to the Office Of Fair Trading.

I trust this makes my position completely clear.

Yours faithfully

This is outrageous, if they do continue, then you must of course apply to set it aside again, only this time I think you need to ask the Judge to prevent them from continuing with this malicious activity against you.

I think that should do it in my humble. However I would be rather ****ed off and livid so I would consider making a counter claim as this has gone through the system once already. I would think a large fee schedule plus damages for the distress caused is well in order.
