Hi all, have been watching eveybody's posts with interest and tackled the Halifax head on about my current account. They gave in at the claim stage to the sum of £650 when I originally claimed for £489. RESULT!!

As for the MBNA, I no longer have an account with them as I paid it off about a year ago, but called them today to change my address as I have moved.

Have sent my SAR off today, so will wait and see.

Only 8 more companies to go!!

Halifax Credit Card - MCOL Filed (£100)

Halifax Personal Loan - LBA Sent (£80)

Aqua Credit Card - MCOL Filed
