Hi,

I sent my court letters off some time ago and have not incurred any charges for almost a year now,

Recently I took my eye off the ball and got slapped with 2 paid referrals, £25 a time.

In order to try and get this back what are my options having sent all the paperwork off a long time ago.

Regards,

SB.

Depends on where you had got to with your claim. I assume it was pre Court Action.

I would send them a new initial letter followed by LBA's with a new schedule.

There is no such thing as impossible; only the degree of difficulty required to achieve the desired outcome.
