Hi! I wonder if anyone can help. On Sunday (22nd March) I purchased a bedframe from Furniture World at a sale price of £799. The assisitant told me that the price was going to increase the next day, and that this was the last day at that particular price. However, having looked at their website tonight I have discovered that the actual price has reduced even further to £699!! I feel very misled by the sales assistant and was wondering what rights I have to get the frame at the price of £699, even though I have paid a deposit!? Thank you in anticipation!

Hi,

I'm not 100% on your rights but IMO you should at least be able to get a full refund at £799 and then go ahead and purchase at £699. You only bought last Sunday so i'd go back and ask them to either sell to you at the reduced price or give you your money back.

Good luck - let us know what happens as i'd be interested to know how you are dealt with.
