About a month ago I bought a new kitchen from a department store and paid for it all on a debit card. I have just had the call to say that my kitchen was ready for collection but is missing one door. I said I would not collect it until it was complete. I was then told this may take a few weeks as they were trying to source some new doors. This set alarm bells ringing and looking on the internet I have found that there kitchen supplier has gone into liquidation. I am worried I will never get a complete kichen. Can I say I no longer want the kitchen and get my money back?

Well id say at the time of paying you entered into a contract for them to suply the goods as stated on the order, As they have failed to do that id say you have every right to get a refund.

The only question is have you aloud them enough time to supply the goods id say you have but what did they say to you.
