Yes I totally agree, it would detract from the issue at hand and that wouldn't be good. I'm re-doing both forms today and I will enter postage and stationary costs of £5 for each claim....£60 rather than £300 (plus the AQ's at some stage) looks alot better this side of Christmas!!!

Hi

I have just joined. Where do I start:idea: ?

Take some time to read through some threads, and also look at the FAQs

This should then give you an idea on the direction you need to take to kick the process off, basically you need to send a SAR off to your bank (Template letter on the site) to get your last 6 years statements (unless of course you already have these) and then wait untill you receive the statements (can take upto 40 days!) before movng onto stage two which is sending a letter to your bank asking for your money back (template letter on site), this is then followed by sending an LBA to your bank (template letter on site), and then finally filing court action, either online at MCOL or in person at your local court.

It`s best to start your own thread also, rather than tagging onto someone else`s as this will enable others to follow and advise on your progress easier.

Good luck, if you need further help, let me know.
