having suspension order lifted?

Hi its been a while since i posted, we went to court and bristol and west were given a suspended order of posession in september, after claiming lots of bank charges back we paid the arrears off in full this week, does anyone know whether the suspension order still exists now or whether we need to get it lifted/removed? if so, any ideas how much and how to do it?

ta in advance, and to all of you out there, there is hope, the banks put on a mean front, but will only take your home if you take the p***!!!

Hi You need to apply to the court to get the order setaside.This then stops them using the old order against you if you fall behind again.

Application £70.00 I believe but writeto the mortgage company telling them you have paid it all off and make sure they agree, then when they do in a second letter ask them to agree in writing to your application you can then make an application with the order attatched and there letter agreeing if they wont you tell them you will ask:D for your costs of the application and your time in doing this then when the Judge agrees give him all your correspondence and ask for your costs
