If you mean THIS ONE BONA. Not so well i am afraid.

I haven't given up hope of salvaging something from this though.

I must wait for my interview with the official receiver, which i hope is soon, then i can move forward.

Turning to today's hearing. I got the feeling that the tide of power is turning. What i mean is their rep was desperate to come to an arrangement with me. I felt repo was the last thing they wanted.

I have been about 10 times now, not something i am proud of, but pooh happens. It has NEVER been this easy.

The DJ even begged me to contact GMACs sols before it gets to bailiff stage, should i not be able to meet my payments.

Im not trying to give people false hope, merely some hope itself.

Please face your fears head on.

It really might not be TOO LATE.

Thanx all.

I Wish you everything you wish yourself.

Well done

This is at least a hopeful sign for all those threatened with losing their house who can at least maintain a payment and any amount towards the arrears. At least it gives them some breathing space and hopefully if the FI get the message they will come to an agreement without running up expensive court costs.

Please note I am not an expert - I am not offering opinions or legal help - Please use all the information provided on the site in FAQ- step by step instructions and library- thanks Jansus:)
