Reynolds v Stone Rowe Brewer (a firm) [2008] EWHC 497 (QB) (18 March 2008)

 

This is an interesting case for those of us who have been given estimates and end up paying far more. I am not to familiar with the law but I thought it would be a useful read for CAG members :grin:

A very interesting read Dev. As estimates are given by professionals who have a good idea of the price of things and the costs involved, it follows that it shouldn't be that far out.

 

It's funny how estimates are always 'under' and never 'over' so you pay less that expected.
