Agreed but nothing in writing.... HELP

Hope someone can help. I owed MBNA almost £2.5k and the chased me for mths, i hoped they would sell the debt so i no longer had to deal with them.

 

Anyway in the end i agreed to pay a settlement fee.....

 

£876 in total and the debt will be gone. No more dealings with these **********

 

So i'm paying £146 over 6mths.

 

I have paid 3mths and for the last 3mths have requested i get somthing in writing to confirm this agreement (i dont trust these people at all)

 

7 calls later and still no confirmation. Are these people playing me?

Do you think they will after the 6mths still demand payment?

Or sell the rest of the debt on?

 

Anyone set up an agreement like this with them?

Bin reading all the harrasment posts, ive had this and now come out the other side i hope! However its is very funny as the tables seem to have turned, i think i will soon be getting the harrasment letter from MBNA.

 

7 calls at the mo but much more to go. I'm no longer afraid of calling MBNA, infact i almost enjoy it, ranting at them for a change hahahahaha
