Arrangement Fees (HSBC)

I need some advice please.

 

Immediately after I put a claim into the court last year, HSBC continued to make charges but instead of calling them notified fees and charges, they began calling them arrangement fees. Was that a crafty tactic on their part, and can I now put a claim in for those charges?

 

I left the bank some months later but they had deducted quite a few hundred pounds again up to that point in the form of these arrangement fees.

If the charges were for unauthorised overdraft arrangement fees then you can claim them back.

It is just another tactic by these wonderful people to divert attention away from the fact that they are fleecing the customer.
