A & L , to sue or not to sue?

Hi all, been languising in the debt collection forum til now. Ready to commence my claim with A&L despite their kind advice I should await the OFT. My question is this, If I commence proceedings now, are the courts dealing or staying?

The majority of claims are stayed, some are being seen as hardship claims, but it is hard to prove.

 

But you should put in your claim now.
