Hi I am going to get a mortgage. I have about 3 CCJs but I have found what looks to be a good lender. The house I am looking at is a part rent part buy and costs £60k + rent on the other half of the house.

The lender is called Complete Finance (Complete Finance. Secured loan, mortgage, debt management, IVA) does anyone have any experience of them.

Thanks for your help.

What rate are they quoting for your mortgage? IMOH companies like this charge very high rates and I would avoid them like the plague if possible. Have read somewhere that the Chelsea Building Society are very helpful to people in your situation. Check them out first.

Hi schmoose.

You might need a specialist lender with a joint ownership property.

You can get some good advice ...HERE...

Tell your sister she might want to search the market to, there are much better deals around than 6.8%.

I Wish you everything you wish yourself.
