The calculations used for my part refund are

 

£308.66 refund

£102.74 interest refund

£78.07 goodwill

 

Am going to speak to FOS today.

According to you figures that you put on the first posts £1,032.60 for the ppi and the interest they charged you. The have basically cancelled the running ppi and refunded a portion of unpaid ppi and interest, back into the balance of the loan, and they are keeping the portion that you have paid for. This amount totals £545.13. This is what you have paid them and this is the bit you want refunded to you in a cheque. plus contractual interest as their interest rate:grin:

 

By what you have said they are not doing anything to resolve this complaint. Did you speak to the Fos today??????

I haven't as yet, barclays are poss reviewing their offer, will wait till monday then call the FOS.
