JJB Mastercard

Hi

 

Guys I have A JJB mastercard issued by creation, I was invited to apply for this card at a JJB store in birmingham mid 2004.

I am sure some charges have been applied.

Should I Now Send a CCA or S.A.R Letter.

Any advice most welcome

Well a SAR should give you all the information that you need ...... in that it should provide all your statements plus any CCA that they hold on you

they are very unlikely to send a copy of the CCA unless you specifically ask for it under s78 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (and pay £1)

Thank you steven I have both CCA and SAR typed out however as the balance is just under £60.00 so I wonder if there is any point in issuing the CCA at this stage
