Did any else see phillip schofield showing his letter off HMRC today,he really ripped the P_SS out of them, firstly they lost the disks and now they send every one apology letters,these letters have the full name and address of the address'e including child benefit reference number and the persons N.I.number..

As Schofield said what happens if a few of these letters go astray,easy way of identity fraud.

I received my letter today. HMRC appologised for loosing the discs. Well thats alright then:p NOT:mad:

Suggestion: Use the letter to line your budgie cage or use for gerbil bedding.

The union course i'm on at the moment is being attended by 2 HMRC stewards, they're telling us that they're running around like headless chickens and that the service is in near complete meltdown.
