On a roll now with posting! :)

Just read this thead http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/general-debt/109946-does-anyone-have-copy.html

and just wondered if anyone knew the answer to my question?

I ended up with a CCJ through Next and Howard Cohen, at the time I didn't know about the CCA request etc. This has now all been paid in full but of course still showing on my credit file.

If I now request the CCA info from Next and if for whatever reason would I be right in saying that I can request they remove all details from my files?

If you have already paid the CCJ (a) there is no outstanding money due, and so next are under no obligation to supply the credit agreement and (b) you have pretty much already accepted the CCJ, and it is very unlikely at this stage there is anything practical you can do.

Personally, i would advise you that the costs and risks involved are such that it is unlikely to be worth going down this route.

i will be off site for the next month or so. if you have any problems, feel free to report the post so a moderator can help you.

I am not a qualified or practicing lawyer.
