I fired off my first letter sent by recordrd delivery on Monday for records of charges although theres only been two as far as I can remember, still thats £60!

They phoned me up to tell me I would have to pay £5 per statement so I've just emailed them telling them I'm requesting it under the Data protection act.

It's a second account by the way, my main account is First Direct who have charged me a lot in the past, they got a letter same time.

I just sent the letter to the box number in Livingston, but I've had a letter back this morning (telling me I will have to pay for statements) and that was from

I sent Intellint Finace the letter asking for details of charges and they said £5 each statement, so I repled with the library letter and said they could take £10 from my account.

 

I had a letter back on Sat giving me the info and not charging me for it.

 

I'm sending the letter before action on Tuesday next, it's only £60 but it should be mine!

 

My main contest is with First Direct for £550
