waiting game for a new DCA who will get the thanks for the bog roll letter

 

Studio have not removed the deafult but then why would they they say the account is enforcable.

Well after contacting this P&A bunch on 16th Nov 09 informing them that account is still disputed with their client Studio and has been since 2007 as there is no signed agreement and I have that in writing from Studio.

 

It would appear they also have difficulty reading english or just choose to ignore.

 

 

Get this in the post this morning

Usual guff, bailiffs, ect; but they do say WILL begin court action and not MAY, MIGHT, MAYBE. well good luck with that with no signed agreement

This template looks so familiar, Moorcroft do the exact same one, Do they buy these threat o grams on a disk off eBay then pirate them out to each other LOL.

 

Oh well more fun before Xmas then, as if I don't have enough tho do without another bunch of bafoons to deal with.

I am guessing that the letter went recorded delivery and that you can prove the letter was recieved?

 

Well if they take you to court produce the letter that says studio has no CCA and let the judge decided.

I actually have it in writing three times Chrissy.

Studio said they couldn't produce one

 

Robbersway said they returned the account as they could not produce one

 

Manchester Trading Standards said that Robbersway were returning the account as they would not produce one.

 

So will just have to wait and see what the plebs at P&A intend to do.

 

There is also the defective DN that has recently come to light too, so I think they are on to a biffing if they try to enforce this

Well not recorded, but have proof of snail mail postage and was emailed to P&A as well and cc to RCS, as they are asking me to pay them

Well after P&A Receivables crawled back in their cave, Stupido Cards have passed it on to yet another company, this is the 5th now.

 

JB Debt Recovery. Anyone had dealings with this lot?

 

Letter dated 4th March, deadline to respond before legal action within 7 days, letter arrives this morning, how convenient, time limit already expired.

 

All the usual crap. When will Stupido Cards get it in their thick head, that this is going nowhere near a court, they have even said as much, in writing.

 

You think they would give up by now, its only a £100 debt for gods sake. Are they that desperate?

Oh according to there website they dont charge the OC if they dont manage to collect. they also collect on SB debts on and there is also this

Have sent them the same letter as I sent to the other plonkers P&A.

 

They soon shot up their own drainpipe after receiving it, so see what this lot make of it.

Yes Chrissy got it

I would expect the non performing portfolio will included, unenforceable, SB and gone aways.

 

But like I said I will not be performing, there are seals for that.

LOL well they will be more sucessful in getting blood out of a stone if they want me to pay. Not heard anything in a while with mone so maybe just maybe 3 years nearly.
