Android Pay ( same as Apple Pay ) went live for RBOS on 13/9/16. However what they don't tell you is that this is only for Scottish customers. Loyal customers in England, Wales and NI are not eligible. How bad is that to single of a huge amount of customers because of where they live. There is a word for it and thought this bank was above this... They need to clearly state on their website that they only support customers in Scotland. I feel really let down by this bank... time to change..

can anyone recommend me a good wifi network mapper. it needs to distingish between security types and open networks. it needs to be able to tell if a network uses wps (wifi protected setup) it then needs to map where it was detexted using the gps. its because concerns have been raised about securities of wifi in local shops and the payment details sent over them this is very important although it maps them i require that it NEVER tries to connect to it.

Just a FYI, I've just cancelled my membership partly due to not needing it anymore but also, and more worryingly that the iPhone app appears to lie. For months it's stated that my credit score is 922 which is fine, but I've had one or two emails from them stating that they have "detected a change" and to log into my account, which I did, on the app only to discover the score was still 922. I just called them and was asked what my membership number was, so I logged into the app to see if it was in there, it wasn't and my score was 922. So I logged into the main website and it said it was 901........logged back into the app and it suddenly updated to 901 and showed the recent activity. The lady on the phone said she couldn't take my feedback and suggested I email customer service (which I have) but if any of you use the app I'd be wary. 3 other friends who I've just spoken to have noticed the same and are fuming, especially as well have all been paying the £15 a month for the service. Thanks Paul.

Does anyone know if we have any right to ask for a refund on Xperia X10 we bought? At the time of buying it, we were promised Android 2.1 update by September. And now it is delayed even further... In theory, we were lied and was made to buy the phone hoping we could get an upgrade. We spend £400 on a phone and now it doesnt worth the half of what we paid? Where do we stand? Any help will be appreciated...
