  1. Hi, just returned from Calpe in Spain and we were burgled in our Holiday Villa which was booked through a UK company. On our last but one day we locked all doors, windows and shutters and went out for 45 minutes, returned and all was OK outside, unlocked and went in and after about an hour noticed an iPad, watch, some jewellery was missing, our mobile phones were out on the sofa still there and nothing else was missing, all inside locks were still locked. Phoned the rep, whist waiting spoke to the one neighbour who said same thing happened last summer to a dutch family who had 600 Euro and an expensive pair of trainers taken but their GoPro was not taken, they reported to the rep and police came etc, we did not have insurance and wondered where we stand in that SOMEONE USED A KEY to get in, we had one and the Owner, Cleaners, Maintenance Etc have access to one, also previous guests, people with a grievance may have copied a key ? This Villa company does have a few mentions with other villas nearby on TripAdviser with similar stories, we used the Safe but it was only big enough for my bum bag containing passports, money and car keys etc The Guardia Police came and we filled out a report, they did not appear to be surpised or concerned. So a previous burglary should they have put NEW LOCKS on ? Are the UK Rental Company liable for lack of security and compensate me ? Any Advice please on where to go with this ? Thanks Milocoon
  2. Afternoon all! My girlfriend doesn't watch live TV, at all. That said she does have a Virgin set top box due to signing up for the tv/phone/internet package when she subscribed. She also has no TV license, but hasn't ever told the TV license people that she doesn't watch TV. I'm telling her to cancel the TV package and just fill in the form on the TV license website to say she doesn't watch TV and that will be the end of it. She's worried that they will investigate and see she has been a Virgin TV customer for ages and ages and demand back payment for a TV license. I'd really like to get this sorted as it's a big worry for her and she really doesn't need it at the moment. How should we play it and what do you think she should expect to happen?
  3. This is a longish post but bear with me as it involves consumer safety and the fact that a few Chinese companies are trying to sell goods in the UK whilst supplying fake plugs and fuses. I recently bought this item: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01NCMF1XJ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 On looking at the 'kettle lead' that came with it, the Earth pin is partially insulated when it should be solid with no insulation. On checking the fuse, it is also fake. These fake fuses have no sand within to absorb the shock when the fuse blows. For example. http://tinyurl.com/j7oycpv What follows is my email exchange with the seller. ME: Their first response: Not quite the answer I was expecting so I replied with: I did contact Amazon expecting them to take action. All they did was to take the product away from their 'Fulfilled By Amazon' tag so as to distance themselves from sending out shoddy products. Anyway, it has been over a week since my last email to the seller so I was surprised to find this in my inbox today and these are their word in full. I just couldn't believe that any company could say the bit in red. Yes, sure, I will give it to someone else so that they have the problem of fake plugs and fuses instead of me. The saying, "You couldn't make this up." is so apt in this situation. As it happens, I have a spare kettle lead so it doesn't matter to me one iota.
  4. Hi there, long time reader first time writer! Hoping someone can clarify the most up to date advice please? I've received a NTK from Athena ANPR Ltd for a "Civil Parking Charge Notice" for £90!!!! for overstaying in a carpark at a Lidl store. I hadnt noticed any parking restriction signage. The store was due to close shortly after the vehicle was parked and was closed well before the vehicle left. Alleged Infringement date was 24/03/16. Date on the NTK is 31/03/16 Date received was 02/04/16 There is no mention of schedule 4 of The Protections of Freedoms Act 2012. There are 2 photos on the document showing only the vehicle number plate and headlights (the rest of the photos are very dark), they are supposedly from an ANPR system which has overlayed some text stating that the first photo was taken on entering the car park (with the time) and the second on exiting (and the time) I've not made any contact with Athena ANPR. The document states that the appeals official body is the IAS, and also that the company is a member of the IPC. I've had an inappropriate invoice from a ppc before (as a NTD) and have read into their poor operating standards and manipulative and bullying tactics. .. and at the time the advice I read on-line was just to ignore the NTD, which I did, and they never followed it up. This time around I saw a post stating the advice had changed and so I was hoping someone might be able to confirm if my best action is just to ignore it or to write back stating that they will need to take the matter up with the driver of the vehicle at the time and that I'm not obliged to disclose that information to them since they are not a local authority or police constable etc. Many thanks in advanced!
  5. As many of us know, Mr Schwartz has used various spellings of his name and some very different signatures in the past. I found this on the Pranksters website. http://www.solicitorstribunal.org.uk/Content/documents/11459.2015.Schwartz.pdf I was surprised to find he is (was) a criminal lawyer so must have screwed up so many times in his past that only a parking company would accept him. It's a fascinating read and goes to show how he has behaved in the past. Enjoy
  6. Hi, I was taken to Court by NPower about 2 years ago for a utilities debt of around £750.00, i was allowed to pay it off in 3 monthly payments which i did, a couple of months ago i got a letter and a refund of £282.00 and an apology for the delay in spotting that i had been overcharged. the annoying thing is, that if the original debt had been £282.00 less i could have borrowed the money to pay it off and avoid getting a CCJ. Can a CCJ be removed if the company later realises they made a mistake? thanks
  7. Hi everyone I sent some CCA a few months ago, some had copies some didnt. Moorgate have 2 of my credit cards and they couldnt find the CCA ...until now. 8. hi everyone i need help badly. a few days ago i was caught stealing at boots and the security guard lead me to their security room. inside, there is one female boots staff and another security guard from the shopping mall. total three of them. the security guard from boots asked me to take out whatever stuff i have stolen i did as told as i was too afraid. later on, he asked for my id and name and home address which i gave as well issued me with an RPL form. the amount i have stolen was £220 i know its so stupid i stole 4/5 perfumes thats why the amount is expensive. he called the police police came and searched my bag found another item i had stolen from another stall. i cant lie because the tag is still on and i have no receipt. the police took me to custody at police station. first all my items are being emptied from my bag and jacket and all the police found another item in my jacket which i totally forgot about it i was so scared i keep begging her but no use i was asked if i need a solicitor the police and the surgeon kept saying whether or not i have the surgeon decision is not going to change. i told them i dont need which i regret after i come back home i was asked questions by the surgeon and lead to a cell room which i was lock. after an hour or so the police come and told me they are going to my house and check my room and state this is always the case for stealing. i was so worried another hour has pass in the cell room and finally she is back she said my room doesnt look suspicious and she commented i always have tea in room? later on she interview me with a recording and then ask me lots questions. i admitted of stealing at two stores afterwards, my dna and photo (front and side views) as well as my finger prints are all taken and recorded i was told by the surgeon that my case will be a caution (is that called caution?) and i can go home. no action will be taken and the polices just told me not to do silly things anymore and they say i might receive letter from boots thats all. i assume that will be the RPL lettter? im so scared: will my housemates know what letter that is? is there any sign showing that letter is from RPL? also, will i be fine??? btw im above 20 years old. I need help people. i couldnt sleep for nights and keep having bad dream about it. what shall i do. someone help me please
  9. Hello everyone, I've had a County Court claim form sentfrom Northampton CC. The claimant is Cabot Financial (UK) Ltd acting via Restons Solicitors and quoting an Opus credit card reference. Putting those names into Google brought me straight here so I hope someone can give me some advice. I had a Capital One credit card a long while ago and assume that the £5k odd debt has been passed around, I've also had a number of letters and calls from Cabot which I have ignored over the years. I'm aware that if you make no contact with a lender for six years the debt becomes statute barred and my time is up next May so I've been keeping quiet for a while. This is probably why they're getting heavy now. My question is over the name on the claim. They have addressed me incorrectly so does this make legal proceedings unenforceable? It's as if my full name (as on the creditcard) is Fred Steven Bloggs but through a clerical error on the debt collection forms they've renamed me Freds Bloggs. It's a small error but surely legal paperwork should be correct. What do you think I should do now? Sendit back as the defendant is not known at this address, admitliability but negotiate a small pay off or just ignore it . They will know as well as I do that they have to do something in the next six months if they're going to get anything repaid but I'm not sure if aresponse will wipe out my five and a half years of ignoring them. Any advice will be gratefully received. Desparate Des.
  10. im really confued as i didnt attend the medical but sent off a form explaining why , i then recieved a letter back saying :"we have looked at your reasons for not attending a decision maker says you are capable of work from the 15.04.2010 " (this box was ticked) then underneath is says "this means we have decided that you are no longer entilted to which were : Box One : Incapacity Benefit And National Insurance Credits Box Two : Severe Disablement Allowance Box Three : National Insurance Credits The Box They Ticked For Me Were Just : The 3rd One "National Insurance Credits" This is the only box ticked so i dont understand am i losing my incapacity and servere disability allowance cos it says first "u are capable of work from the 24.04.2010 but then says this means we have decided that you are no longer entitled to national insurance credits ! Im confused as i claim incapacity and servere but these boxes werent ticked so what do they mean im no longer entitled to national credits ? im worried if they mean that ill no longer get any benefits anyone plz help me thanks in advance
  11. My husband asked for a ccj to be removed as he had no idea what the ccj was for upon going to court it was with hoist for an old abbey loan they didnt attend but sent a letter requesting it to not be removed on the grounds a payment was made in 2012 which i have no record of she said they would need to send the particulars and prove the £20 payment or its statute barred. After hassling them we recieved the particulars but have no idea how to file my defence. The Pc1 was the origional agreement between him and Abbey. The 4 main pages of particulars are attached please someone help
  12. I work in a place with very restrictive car parking, my boss refuses to pay for the car park so staff have to instead. I pay a monthly fee through my manager to the owner of the property for the last two years to park there. Originally I would get a receipt, but these phased out. Our verbally agreed parking spaces moved between two car parks (owned by the same company) and we were told if our own space was taken to just park somewhere else.. . Parking became a pain in the backside because it was unenforced and we bagged the landlord to enforce it as part of our fee, else it made no sense and wasn't fair on legitimate parkers who paid and couldn't park. He did... Millennium parking services. And now I've got a parking charge notice which I don't seem to be able to contest. Knowing one of the two car parks is locked overnight, I parked in the other one as I was staying late, and came back to a ticket. Following advice on various forums I ignored the ticket but waited for the notice to keeper. This arrived in 5ish weeks, on the same day I went straight to their website and launched an appeal. Another month later, I get a Notice of Liability from PCS for £150, I launched an appeal on the day of arrival through PCS a nd every time I email them (they are good responders) I get the repeated reply that I'm out of the 21 days to appeal and have to face up or go to court. The last message back read: "The time to challenge the charge has now expired and therefore access to the Independent Appeals Service (if applicable) is no longer available. I have made notes on your file, but it does not alter our position and this parking charge will stand." Now the easy solution is go to the property owner for some kind of evidence, but in the past he has flat out refused receipts (with a short 6 month stint of receiving them in the middle) which we only assume is some sort of tax thing. He's also generally useless taking over a year to give us CCTV footage when someone drove into the car park and scratched a member of staff's car before leaving, so I don't hold much hope there. So where do I stand? The signs in both car parks explain that we need to display permits which we have never been issued. We do know the owner and people we pay are all legit, we know the parking company are legit. I'd welcome a court appearance, but with no evidence my side, and I assume a photograph theirs, I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. The auto high lighting on this site has recommended writing to the property owner copying the parking co in. That's probably my next course of action so if all else fails, I have evidence that I'm doing everything to resolve it. .. that wouldn't stand up in court though surely..?
  13. Hi, new member here I had a big issue with Lloyds due to a number of transactions that I didnt recognise. Lloyds however didnt do anything to resolve the problem therefore I submitted my case to the Financial Ombudsman last week. I wanted to ask how long did it take you before they acknowledged and logged your case? Its been 5 days now, and the 2 representatives I spoke to seem to given me 2 different answers. One of which saying logging your complaint takes 48 hours, while the other told me itll take up to 2 weeks. On average how long has it taken the ombudsman to log your case.
  14. Can i ask, is anyone able to give me some advice ? I'm currently getting JSA and having to see Ingeus. I've had a letter from then to say as from next week, instead of going in every two weeks they want to see me twice a week; i'm to keep a daily calendar to say what i've been doing to find a job, and they want me to give them my computer passwords. I've got different passwords for the Dwp Universal Jobmatch, and Monster and Reeds (????) job agencies. The JobCentre has my password for their sits and they've told me that they do regular checks but even they have never asked to see the private agencies. A bit of background i had been on longterm sick for quite a number of years, but had to have a ATOS medical, only got 9pts and has to sign-on. At first i saw an advisor who never put any pressure on me 'cos i had medicals, but she told me after 12mths i'd be transferred and life may become harder. I think it was last Nov/Dec i was put on the work programme and made to sign wth Ingeus. The first day i went the young girl looked at my details then whispered so nobody could here....... "If you're entitled to start claiming Pension Credit soon i don't suppose you really want a job, do you " I just said that i couldn't answer that question. And the girl smiled and said don't worry, it will be ok. Since New Year things have changed i'm being told i have to take any job they send me fore, i'm not allowed to say i can't do that, i'm not allowed to say i don't fancy that, i'm not allowed to make a mess of an interview, or i will be sanctioned I had to go to a group interview early this week, the job was 5 days of 12hr shifts, one week days the following on nights. With an hours travel at the start/end So a 14hr day. The guy taking the interview said i know not everyone is going to be able to do 12hrs, so i don't want to waste your time, you can go if you want. A few of us said Thank You and left. I feel now this letter from Ingeus is my punishment and they're going to make life hell. They know in less than 5mths i'll be able to claim Pension Credit and they wont get paid for me. Earlier in the week when all this started i was really stressed and depressed 'cos i felt they have me over a barrel. And one of the ways i hope may get me out of it is, by claiming for Esa. Last time going back perhaps a couple of years before my Atos medical i only got 9pts, so may fail again. But i was thinking...... Doesn't this assessment take a long time while the paperwork is being processed, and my Pension Credit date is the beginning of July, so only 5mths. I've made an appointment to see my Gp, but that's not until next Friday, another week. I'd planned to fill this Esa form that's just arrived over the weekend. I'm sorry this has been such a long story but would be glad of any advice. Thanks.
  15. Hi Folks, new poster here. I just got home after a shopping trip at a nearby shopping centre. I am disabled and use a badge holder attached to a cable which loops through the steering wheel, have had one stolen in the past. I do display my badge in the correct manner, but because the wire is a rigid one it is at times a problem to get it to lay flat or stand against the glass, but i do manage it. I came back to the car and the badge was face down and I had got a ticket for failing to display badge correctly, It was fine whe we parked and may have been dislodged by a passer by and flipped over. What do you suggest. company UK PARKING CONTROL LTD
  16. I private rented from Oct 2014 to July 2015 & landlord got £243 of deposit after using Deposit Protection Service & adjudication. (Email sent to me Dec 2015) This so wrong, it is for gardening and when I moved in the landlord (couple) said Mr. Landlord was going to do one more mow and then after a week or two I was told a man was booked to come and cut the hedges. He never came round. On day I went to sign assured shorthold tenancy agreement the landlady seemed to have changed her mind about me even though they chose me out of people they chose to show the house. I said I was not happy about a clause in the agreement & she said that I could stop now and not go ahead. I was taking tenancy from this date and had given notice on previous tenancy. They did not give me a written inventory and took the tenancy agreement away so I had to ask for a copy later. There were a few things that happened that they handled in a non-professional manner and I gave notice as soon as I could. The amount they got from adjudicator was for gardening. It was very rainy leading up to me leaving also I was busy organising move. I did a first strim of the garden which is very large and had already cut some of the hedge before. When the landlords came there at end of tenancy I was strimming still doing a second go but had not finished. They would not let me stay to finish or come back to finish even though they said people were coming to look at the property (in 4-5 days). It was July and I mentioned the nesting birds I had seen. The landlords claimed to have both spent hours and hours totalling £243 cutting 2 hedges and doing grass. In effect I've paid them to do their own garden. The Deposit Protection Scheme wrote to me from 9 different email addresses! A lot of the time from their do_not_reply email so I was not sure which email to reply to them on. I found their website hard to see, written in light grey and small writing. I was not clear what was happening as the process went along and if they had received all my evidence which was done by email. Please can someone tell me who to appeal to. I have written to the DPS saying I want to complain and can they send me a copy of their complaint procedure and they have replied saying they will reply to complaint and if not resolved will send me full policy. Am I able to take landlord or DPS or both the a Small Claims Court? I used one years ago but don't know if they operate in a similar way now. What about the Financial Conduct Authority? An ombudsman? Thank you for reading.
  17. Like mentioned in title I was caught shoplifting at TK Maxx. Long story short. The police was called and I was taken to their small room for a search. TK got all their stuff back. The police gave me a warning and I had to sign the paper saying that I am willing to give my personal details to the store so they can send me the letter from RLP. Their job ended there. I was told by the store manager to wait for the letter from RLP and so it came a few days ago. They want me to pay 270 pounds. In general Im not from UK. I am an exchange student going back home by the end of jan. In the paper (notice given by tk maxx) only my current uk address has been written down. They also have my full name and date of birth. My question is : What may happen if I just ignore the letter. Can Tk max obtain more details regarding my persona from the police in order to take me to court? Is it possible this can chase me back to my country (personally I dont think they will want to)? If you need any extra info, just ask. Could really use some advice. Cheers
  18. Hi, during 2015 I was at University at Brighton and decided to get a gym membership. I went to a few gyms checking prices and commitments and when I went to LA Fitness the guy that eventually signed me up (obviously trying to make a sale) lied to me, he stated that if I moved out of Brighton (which I obviously would do, as Uni does end) that it'd be fine and my account could be closed no hassle. He stated that all I had to do was be 8 miles from THAT PARTICULAR gym. Well I moved back home to Southampton, and went to cancel my membership stating that "yes, I had moved over 8 miles from the gym." That wasn't good enough, and the lady on the phone replied saying that I had to be 8 miles from any LA Fitness in the UK, and that it wasn't their fault or problem that the guy lied. This was awful news, I was in my overdraft and had no job, and I couldn't afford £20-40 a month, I showed proof (with a bank statement) and they didn't accept that. This went on for 2 MONTHS. I decided to cancel the direct debit on my card, and I heard nothing from then until today, I just got a letter from ARCEUROPE LTD saying I owe them £202.40 and have to pay in 14 days. I can't afford that, being still in my overdraft, what do I do? I've already posted this to reddit and they have pointed out that because I cancelled and didn't keep arguing my cancellation that I'm in the wrong and liable to pay the debt.
  19. After 2.5 years on benefits (ESA, JSA and HB) on October 1st I start my full time job in the field I am trained in (found out today!) 36 hours per week, proper salary, sick pay, annual leave (25 days pa) and pension. I have worked hard for this and it has paid off. I am awaiting my contract and details and ironically I sign on tomorrow but not saying anything until formalised. As for INGEUS, they are not getting ANY DETAILS at all - this was 100% MY HARD WORK and they are getting NO CREDIT. Need to find about if I can get any help with council tax still as well as WTC but just glad to be away from the hassle I have had the last 2.5 years, I have seen both sides now as a full time employee and someone who has relied on benefits. I still hope to contribute to this board I won't be replying tonight as I am mentally exhausted from my interview ( I found out an hour after I had the job) so off for a shower and then for a kip!
  20. I was/is on SEETEC, but my doctor told them that I was travel sick, they've given me 3 sets of tablets to help me. I do 9-5 job search which is 5 days a week, Thursday and Friday I go to a city 45 minutes away via bus. They knew I was travel sick, but ignored the doctor's note, I wasn't well. On Monday I was ill and kept retching, I told the receptionist that I felt ill but had to wait for the manager. Well, she came back and told me I had to stay at tehe centre till 5pm, it was 12.30 and my stomach wa shurting and I felt sick. So I walked out and had a doctor's appt and he gave me the 7 day sick not which has ran out. Because I have now got the month long one I can sign off JSA and onto ESA.. I'll ring them on Monday, but I don't understand if I have to continue with the job search or ring SEETEC to tell them I won't be in. I will on Monday as they need a copy of my sick note. Can anyone help me? The doctor wrote down anxiety as cause for me being off sick. He also said this place is stressing me out and making me ill. I would gladly get myself a volunteering placement myself.
  21. I've been so stupid. I moved in with my partner in May this year, we claimed HB, JSA, council tax ttogether but not Child Tax. I'm as aa single claim and they found out after I wwent on Experian website. They have sent me a letter only mentioningaAugust to now they think I am lliving with Mr ******* which I am. I am bricking it. I should have called them and was goingto until Bailiffs aarrived a month after for council tax from a few years ago (my housing didn't even say it had gone to them when I paid 5 days earlier) so I had to pay council tax in full. And bailiffs wanted their fees so since then have been in hiding. Then. The licence turned up as I cancelled DD and I got a summons to court. I was fined and am still paying my fine off Inc TV licence. My step daughter went to live with a relative so we have to pay a large sum of CSA monthly. Stupid I know not to tell them as I didn't want to have no money for 8 weeks. But now it's near Christmas and this has happened. If I don't pay my fine bailiffs are back. If I don't pay bailiffs they are back if I don't pay TV licence I will be in court again. I'm too scared to call Child tax credits I can't eat (good diet but wouldn't recommend it) me andmy partner are arguing We are having to sell out dog just to get food as I know it will be stopped and I will get sent to prison or in the paper and all over social media. I feel sick at the thought of it, and I don't know what to do. I have until December the 4th. They want me to call them or send in paper to prove I don't live with him. What will happen to me?Please help! My family don't want to know or help and my partners family don't talk tohim. I have a 11, 10 and 5 year old. I can't even afford schoolshoes my 11 yyear old has to wear plimsolls to school . I've been so stupid.
  22. Not sure if anyone knows what the likely outcome might be for this one... Picked up a used car today for my wife. I insured it before I headed out to pick it up, but of course couldn't tax it yet. When I picked the car up (just 15 mins away from where I live), I attempted to tax it online using my phone - but being in a small village meant I couldn't get a stable connection to do this. I instead drove it home, and taxed it when I got back - so about 20 mins later. However... I'm pretty sure I saw a fixed ANPR camera on my way out the village Assuming it 'got' me, am I likely to be stung for it? Officially, no grace period is offered when buying a new car - but will the fact it was taxed on the same day - and therefore paid for from the beginning of the month - help me out here?
  23. HI there, A few months ago my boyfriend got caught drink driving . He crashed his car into a wall and had only had 2 pints . His breathalyser at the scene was on the limit, but was unable to give a 2nd as he passed out. At the station they took a urine test but apparently did the test wrong which showed his urine level being higher than it should have been. They also said they took 2 samples within 2 minutes of each other and then a second 55 minutes later (even though it should be an hour?!). He goes to court tomorrow and his solicitor has told him to plead not guilty but it is going on the "police mucked up the test" Aspect rather than the breathalyser being on the limit.. Does anyone have experience of what may happen in this? OR any advice? Im pregnant and due in 7 months time and i live in the middle of nowhere. i NEED him to be able to drive me to the hospital as the nearest ambulance station is 45 minutes away. HELP PLEASE?!
  24. In a bizarre twist today (because last week I illegally had my car repossed, the finance company, Welcome, didn't have a court order and I have paid well over a thord of the HP agreement), I got a letter from Bramber of Steyning who state that I owe MCE Portfolio Ltd. £6325.31, the originating client being British Credit Trust Ltd for a previous car I had (not the one from Welcome Finance) The £6k+ was the balance owing on a HP agreement some years ago after they repossessed the car and sold it at auction. However they did not obtain a court order (not to my knowledge anyway) and I had paid, by the skin on my teeth, JUST over the neccessary third (around £3000) that meant that they should have obtained that court order. I will be writing to tell them this how do I best report them? they have been phoning me every single day for the past few months and leaving messages on my home and mobile numbers, sometimes several times a day and the calls - which I refuse to answer - have become more and more frequent. That can't be legal surely? EDIT: Having had a quick look at my file Bramber have been on the case for over a year, and have rung me incessantly during this time. They must have made literally thousands of phone calls. I got a final demand from them as long ago as 6 May 2006, then they were apparently claiming the money for MIM Servicing LLC but still quoted the originator as British Credit trust. Other debt collection agencies that this has been through are Central Finance Ltd and Marlin
  25. Not sure if allowed but wondered how many of us had pets, any sort! lol I have 2 rescue dogs, a Dalmatian & a Weimaraner ( Grey ghost ) The Dalmatian was badly abused and kept in a cage 24/7 and was just about scared of everything when I got him, he did not even know he was supposed to be a dog. He has come a long way in the 6 years since I got him apart from him not tolerating other dogs ( he was attacked by a dog when he was a year old ( b4 I had him ) and nothing was ever done to help him get over it ) so he can not be let off his leash as he thinks all dogs must die :/ He get on with the Weimy and in fact was bought up with another dog but any other dogs are a no no, have tried several things to help him but nothing has helped, he was also kicked in the head by a horse. He will be 10 in September, the Weimaraner is 11 in July but thinks he is a puppy as this breed never grow up!, I got him when he was 5 I have pictures but not sure how to put them on a post,
