  2. Gogol Bordello - Wonderlust King 'Let's put on our Classics and have a little dance, shall we?'
  3. This is pretty impressive and on topic Peter McCready VR Photography | The Large Hadron Collider ATLAS Experiment, CERN
  4. Don't think we need them - the picture of the fire crew that are manning the operation should have all sleeping soundly in our beds tonight!
  5. seeking compensation for anything other than any loss you have incurred financially is (IMHO) going to be very difficult. Particularly as many of the communications you have had with Lloyds have been on the telephone. Rule no.1 always communicate in writing! As a matter of interest you do not say what Allclear Finance role has been in this matter - can you give any more details on that? As I say this is just my opinion but no doubt someone else will come along with further information - in the meantime see what the outcome of the FOS is. Keep us posted
  6. Also would tend to file N1 rather than use MCOL - still need more information about the claim though
  7. Might be best to read it through again before you send it as there are a couple of spelling mistakes/grammatical errors. Not an expert on PPI myself so can't really comment on the content - did you copy it from a template?
  8. I think you may have just answered your own argument here - nobody is 'slating' the company and the only argument against using them has been the cost (well the only one mentioned so far!). I agree that people have the choice which route to take but they must be in full possession of the 'facts' before they do so - so to point out that this can all be done without charge is scarcely 'slating' the company.
  9. For good housekeeping, your original thread can be found here http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/general-debt-issues/150848-lloyds-tsb.html
