  4. Dear Guys, Thank you for all ur help and support...Yes, i am still worring and going to concentrate on my POC now... I had received a letter froom WF yestesday morning suggesting to transfer the claim to Fast track...I am glad the hearing is only 30 min...but i enough to make me sooooo worried..   5. Can't say that i am prepared....I do not know what to prepare as nothing requested?))) No i didn't go to the court, as aparently i had to book an appoitment well in advance.....to attend any of the hearing:))my LOCAL court is in wrong not local area:))

Hello May, I do not know:)) i am in same situation and my prehearing this monday..the only letter i had received so far from judge is the one with 30 min direction on the 9th of July...God soooo soooon:)) and as it a prehearing he didn't ask for any bungles but i will take a folder with everything included..... Feel scared, lost and hungry:)))always hungry when scared:))))) Guys, if anybody knows what normally happends on this type of hearing PLEASE let us know:))) Kind regards, Itsme
  7. Looks great:)))!!! U r getting much better with this kind of letters!! and the spready is sorted!!! Keep going and you'll get you money back... I would send FSA copy of this letter as well so they would know whole picture!!!

Hi Falcon, we r all started from this thread....we all have our own threads but sometimes u have to draw an attention of more than a couple of WF fighters...I never had any support from mods with my WF claim...they allways were too busy for me...and when i needed help i had been rejected, but yet again..i am here and trying to help other members..so lets keep you thread going:)))

Dear Janet, with all my respect and understanding of your post, I have to say, that WF is one of the hardest companies to claim the charges from...I think everybody that has a history(loan, car) with WF need some MORE help and support.... I asked one of the mods for the support with my claim...and been rejected, because my claim wasn't strong enough( it was my first ever claim)...and guess what, the member of CAG helped me so much..still helping...(the claim has been amended) because i asked for it on one of these group threads.. Please understand that help comes to the ones that are asking for it...and sometimes the threads like this help more than a single thread ..just think how many questions already answered here.... It took me some time to accept that when i asked for help somebody simply put me down because my claim wasn't strong enough in their opinion...   14. Hello, The sales assistant mis-sold you PPI, but the fin company was the one that were charging you for it...Sales assistant was a representative of the company that provided you the finance... if you r thinking of claiming you PPi back...deal with the fin company reagards, itsme
  15. Hi again, Your agreement is not properly executed, so stop paying them if you still are... Re your charges: send Kieran Scothern this: Your agreement is not properly executed accordinally to Consumer Credit Act 1974 as it doesn't have a total amount to pay. What they put is amount they've given you but not the total amount to pay 36x 151= £5436 The first step is to send a complaint to FSA and same time send the letter with part above, advising WF that you made a complaint to FSA, and you are aware, about loads of other complaing to FSA about misleading and misseling..You also aware that you agreement is not properly executed as it doen't have some of the prescribed terms accordinatly to CCA 1974. You require refund of PPI and added interest and refund of your charges in form of cheque... I would also advise you to read this thread: Consumer Credit Act Agreements, and this CCA Agreements (Mark II) PLUS any other topic , and Consumer Credit Act - Resources Workshop )) and update me on your progress!!!! But do submit complaint to FSA!!! Regards, itsme

Hello The Analyst, Total to claim £1672.97+ £450( it's up to you if you want to add an interest on those charges)...The amount of monthly payments should be reduse to £136.60 after you've cancel you PPI with WF You have grounds to claim if it was mis-sold..i would suggest you to submit complaint to FSA and explain them the way you were mis-sold PPI...copy of mine you can see in my thread... I also would need to see the copy of the agreement..if you use photobucket you can pm the copy...lets see if its properly executed!! kind regards, itsme

Hi J, still working on you spready:)))!!! need to change the formula for those £70..... complaint to FSA shouldn't be lond and should be send to: 25 The North Collonade Canary Wharf London E14 5HS Let them know that you were led to believe that taking PPI was a condition of being approved for a personal loan.You have, however, subsequently found out that PPi is optional and you feelthat you were pressurized into agreeing to take this out. I find it difficult to find the complaint procedure on their website as well:confused: ...so just send them a complaint ot the address above:))) i will update you on your spready:)! regards, Itsme

Hello Kenny, You have more luck to end it up quicker than me:)))WF is refunding/ rebating anything they've missold now very quickly:)))) You r more than welcome to use this thread as yours...as you can see i do not mind, as it helps newcomers to start fighting:))) Before you do anything send FSA complaint explaining what you have been mis-sold or overcharged by WF....and let me know when you do so....   23. Great, you can keep FSA apdated with your claim, but the most important that they know the way you have been mis-sold PPI...I think it's just a time for the WF owners to pay off..for all the misleading!!!!! Regards, Itsme
