hi, i had an attachment of earnings order issued against me at the beginning of the yr from welcome , i didnt recieve any documents from welcome or the court regarding this so i couldnt attend, im currently on long term sick but am worried that if i got a new job i would get screwed over by this being taken from my wages, can i apply to have the order set aside on the grounds that i didnt receive any documents regarding it, thanks

hi benham, have you had any luck in your fight agains flm, i got similar cca to yours, would love to withold payments but got gurantor to think about grrrr.

no cca = no agreement keep acct in dispute they cant do anything until/if they provide a cca. regarding welscum stating this would of been on original agreement if you aint got it you aint got it dont tell them muppets otherwise and keep that letter safe

hi benham didnt take them long to send that out im not very good on the agreements hope someone comes along soon as im sure mine is gonna be same as yours, monthly payments at least are the same...

hi hbts, when lender got the posssession order did you go to court to defend it? as i believe you would only get a suspended order if you defended the possession order and came to some amicable agreement with your lender or could show the judge your ability to maintain payments.What paperwork have you recieved from your lender and or court? and have you been given an eviction date on teh possession order?

i believe any account opened online the cca is signed electronically,but if you want to try it i would send to reliable these are inhouse collectors for simply be.

hi henley if your that confident its almost 6 yrs since you last made a payment or had anything to do with the account i would ignore, as once the 6 yrs is up its going to drop off your credit file anyway, yeah they may still hound you but bugger all else they can do, you could of course get your credit record from experian by sending them £2 postal order and see what it says abut it.

if these letters are the usual phishing ones sent out by lowells and ive no doubt they are i would either a) ignore or b) return to sender either of which they will ignore and keep sending them hoping you reply, they will dry up in a couple of months anyway and as you live with your partner its your name that will be on cra files not his/hers

hi Jack, welcome to cag, this is best place for help and advice. In my opinion as you have a dmp with cccs i would of thought if your having problems maintiaining your monthly payments get in touch with them to see if they can re-negotiate them for you.I cant advice you regarding zebra finance except to change your debit card, ie tell the bank you have lost yours and need a new one that will stop them taking any further money from you. with regards to welcome its not quite as cut and dried as the contracts are crap there is a lot of work going on regarding these but the best place to make a start would be to send them template cca request letter and see what comes back you can make a seperate post for this under the welcome section. every contract is different so dont just assume yours is unenforcable. send a £1postal order recorded delivery and post it up when you get it, someone more experienced will be along soon good luck

Hi sorry to here of your parents story,if you parents have proof they never paid a cheque from eon into their bank, do as you have been advised above, but above all if you can get your parents never to talk to these pond life on the phone as they just threaten and back you into a corner to agree to make payments, usually what you cant afford make sure all communications are written as sent recorded delivery. nver sign anything just print name. and let them prove your parents owe the debt not your parents job to prove they dont,imho this all sounds rather fishy to me

whichever way they wrap it up in fancy words no cca means just that no agreement=no payments, have you sent them the account in dispute letter along with the harrasment letter.? if not do it now

John dont worry bout how much debt you have it can all be sorted without the need to pay some other leach, if you dont want to do it yourself have you tried your local cab, or cccs, these can help you without paying a fee
