  2. Cap1 have now replied after submitting a compaint to the FOS with copies of statements and AIC are collecting on behalf of but Cap1 stil wont talk to me.
  3. I have yes initially from Fredricksons and it got passed back to Cap1 as I told them to bugger off as Cap1 are not talking to me and unwilling to supply statements and Fredricksons said fair shout and left me alone for a couple months. Now AIC have sent a NoA this week......
  4. Hi DCAs collecting on behalf of and no notice of assignment from Cap1 only from a DCA..... Cap1 not supplied me with any statements in the first place though :/ does it really need a SAR to get these? And its roughly £1170 with £250-£300 of that just charges & interest.
  5. I have no paper statements they all online for which I do not have access as cap 1 have blocked me, and I am trying to get hold of paper statements but they just keep passing me pilla to post... :/
  6. Hi I have fallen into arrears with my Capital 1 Card and account has been defaulted etcc.... I have submitted numerous complaints also to Capital One regarding poor customer service and charges etc.... ALL BEEN IGNORED NO RESPONSE yet they have sent letters acknowledging my letter. My account has been passed pillar to post.... first Fredricksons then back to Cap 1 now with Allied International Credit (AIC), yet when you telephone Cap1 they say talk to Debitas. I have attempted to setup repayment arrangements and they get refused. Have sent them harrassment letter which got ignored, I send a 2nd letter informing them I am reporting them and they then replied and immediately removed my telephone numbers. Now when I ring up I cannot complete security as they do not hold any telephone numbers on my record. I rang up Cap1 this evening to request an account statement as my online access has been blocked since xmas, and they passed me onto AIC who said contact Debitas (Cap1 inhouse DCA), Debitas say speak to Cap1 accounts, Cap1 accounts say speak to Debitas or AIC. Any Ideas? all I want is an account statement....they have frozen all charges and interest but I want to get £400 worth of interest and charges removed reason for account statement but not having one since xmas is also poor.

Head of Customer Excellence Shop Direct Group Skyways House Speke Road Speke Liverpool L70 1AB I am just sending them another letter today recorded delivery, you just need to be firm with these bunch of morons and not let them run the show send them a personal budget sheet if you are wishing to offer a repayment and tell them it will only be made on the grounds that they freeze all interest and stop any further charges and show on credit file that a repayment arrangement is in place.

  10. RCI refunded all charges, FLA no longer dealing with the complaint as its now been reported to FOS who are still looking into the case. RCI have now accepted a repayment plan but have placed a default marker on my credit file. Any ideas how to get this removed?

  12. Hi I have 5 accounts with Shop Home Direct each with different credit limits. Very, Additions, Kays, Littlewoods, Marshall Ward. I fell into difficulty paying them and started receiving charges of £12.00 for missed payment and £12 for debt collection letter aswell as account interest. They also hiked my interest on interest bearing accounts from 19.9% to 49.9% or 59.9% without notice. I have made 4 offers of repayment all been rejected. I made a formal complaint to the Customer Excellence Centre in Bolton and they accepted £10 per month for 6 months on each account but I cannot afford that. I have made 2 further offers and they been refused also. All accounts have been placed with NDR and they can only accept a repayment plan that fits them but I cannot afford their repayment plan, they will not accept less. They keep applying further charges and interest. Across all accounts the charges and interest amount to approx £800 yet the true balance of goods purchase is approx £1600.00 totalling £2400.00 I have made a complaint to have charges and interest frozen and refunded they have refunded one charge of £12 per account. What else can I do they are just being damn right awkward and not willing to accept a payment that I can afford and simply quite applying more charges and interest. Today I have sent them a recorded letter with the same repayment plan which includes a copy of my budget sheet and a second recorded letter requesting they refund all charges and interest within 28 days or I shall make no further communication and submit a claim to the county court. Any further advice? Thanks
  13. I am being chased by Opos Limited for a payday loan which was taken out from HandyCash in September 2010, the due date come and they failed to collect the money. I emailed and telephoned them and received no response, had no address at the time on their website. Have received no communication from HandyCash at all. Out the blue in January 2011 I receive a phone call saying they are telephoning on behalf of HandyCash in relation to this payday loan, they confirm to me the details and I give them a my card details to take payment for the loan amount the following day. They thank me and they then inform me they are actually a DCA Opos Limited. I have cancelled my card immediately after that telephone call and sent a CCA Request but had no response. I have had numerous texts asking me to call them, have had number of telephone calls, I have had number of emails and a couple of letters to my home address. I have ignored all their telephone calls and emails etc.. Today I received an email informing me to contact them immediately to make full payment or they will be contacting my employer to confirm employment and taking me to court, they also stated there legal costs are substantial. I stated in response to their email that they have failed to respond to my CCA Request send on 1 April 2011, that they have harrassed me and I will report them for being threatening, intrusive and harassing to the relevant authorities for committing a criminal offence under Administration of Justice Act 1970 S.40 and The Harassment. I informed them I will not be communicating any further until they action my request. Opos responsed stating that their client can prove they paid out funds to me and they will not talk to me in writing anymore only by telephone. Any advice please?

Not at all at any stage yet FPC have it, I have had no notification of assignment of debt from VF either had nothing other than my account is in arrrears please contact us to make payment which I did but they said they could not accept payment to reinstate the account until I received a letter to tell me my account is in default, still have not received this only FPC out the blue...
  16. I have had this PCN cancelled at TPT stage and also another 5 PCNs issued by GCC cancelled to.... GCC do not like me Thanks for your help team.
  17. I have tried the hardship route and Natwest agreed I was in financial hardship but said they aint helping me basically. I spoke to another dept and they refunded £40 last week and downgraded my account to a Current Plus when I requested - This was their Underwriting Department who are the only helpful people at the bank it seems. I have wrote to the FOS this week.
  18. Hi Background Info: The original HP agreement has been paid 100% but its the final ballon payment (£3,000) that has been refinanced under a modifying agreement. Just under £1000 has been paid under this modifying agreement. Problem: Back in October I placed my account in dispute as to charges and I stopped making monthly payments, these charges have now been refunded, they issued a default on my credit file whilst the account was in dispute. They also terminated the agreement whilst it was in dispute, I have since paid the arrears and now paid up to date since the dispute has been resolved. I have made a complaint to the FLA which crossed in the post with the offer from RCI to refund the charges. The Managing Director responded to the FLA stating I must contact their Collections Team, I have done so but they will not deal with my account as they state its closed pending being passed onto a DCA and on hold until a response from FOS is received. I have also attempted to make increased offer of payments which are double than what is under the agreement to pay the amount off early, the MD stated in his response to the FLA that I cannot do this, they also will not reinstate the agreement. I have also made a complaint to the FOS yet no response yet.... Questions: How do I go about getting the default removed? How can I get the agreement reinstated? Can they repo the vehicle? Any other advice....
  19. Need some advice, Natwest currently take circa £100 a month in Charges and Interest, set to take more under their £6 a day at close of business. I currently have charges roughly £1700 and still rising, I want these back and everytime I make a payment to reduce the amount I just get no where and its going round in circles. NatWest unwilling to help and keep fobbing me off, have requested the overraft to be made into a loan to freeze the stupid interest and they refused. They also keep cancelling direct debits sometimes and not informing me. They also reduced my overdraft limit before they informed me creaming in more charges!! Its also their charges that create further charges......
  20. I telephoned twice to make payment over the telephone and they stated after I requested to have the service reinstated, "I can only do that once a default notice has been served".
  21. I am having trouble with Vodafone. I have been paying monthly direct debit to Vodafone for my dongle but for some reason the direct debits are never taken. I have taken this up with Vodafone with no explanation. Account is now 4 months in arrears totalling £99.96, I have attempted to make payment over the telephone to be told they could not accept payment until I receive a default notice as I want to reinstate the account. I have still not received the default notice. Vodafone state now that they cannot reinstate the service as a default notice has been served, yet they told me to wait until its served!!! I also now have FPC chasing me and harrassing me day and night, they also have been contacting me on a telephone number which has not been provided to Vodafone or FPC by myself. FPC state I owe £271.04 I also have legal proceedings in action against FPC (Fredrickson International) for harrassment and unlawfully collecting a debt that did not exist. I want this sorted what can I do?

Have just realised that the Charge Certifice has been issued TWICE ones dated thee 18th November the other 19th November and Notice of Rejection arrived today dated 15th December. Thanks in advance.
  23. Thanks for the reply would it be covered under freedom of information for car park boundaries? And yes it is a Charge Certificate. Is anyone able to confirm the CEO Shoulder Number situation? The should number is missing a leading 0 on the PCN.

Hi I need some advice I received a PCN on 86 on 14 August 2010, Made an Informal challenge on 20 August 2010 which was rejected, Notice to Owner Received on 21 October 2010 Formal Challenge made on 02 November 2010 Charge Notice Received on 21 November 2010 Formal Challenge Rejected on 16 December 2010 Can you tell me if the council is in the wrong and where I can go with this? I was parked in an area not operated by the council car park which is attached, but parked outside my partners flat. I have requested from the council to supply me with a detailed map showing the location for which the Parking Place Order relates and they have ignored but did supply me with a copy with the PPO which does not specify the boundaries of the car park which is adjoined by private land on which I was parked, belongs to Sainsbury and the residents of the flats. Also if the PCN number has the CEO badge number incorrect does this render the PCN invalid? ie Badge Number is AB0012 but shown on PCN as AB012 missing a leading 0.
  25. Well FSO Contacted NatWest and 2 days later all monies were refunded. 3 weeks later (26/01/2007) - Have received a letter offering me a further £223.30 from Stuart Higley :S 9 Weeks after I sent my original request. Shall I accept it or not?
