  3. Hi I claimed mortgage charges in 2005 and i am in the process of doing again. I am claiming £370, however they have offered me £180. They said in 2005 I signed a consent form. On the consent form it states i agree to not pursue them for any further claims. if i took further they would highglight that they believe my behaviour to be unreasonable. What are my rights here? Will I accept the £180 or still carry on

I have never claimed on it, only just realised I was mis sold Any help would be great - thanks!

  12. hi I reclaimed charges back from GMAC from a mortgage in 2005. i have submitted another claim to the value of £305 plus interest. They have offered me £180 as gesture of goodwill. They have however stated I signed a consent order indicating that i would not pursue any further claims against them. Do I stand a chance here or should I just accept their offer of £180? Help would be appreciated./:smile:
