Where did you check Nationwides credit history Lee ? I would be intersted in seeing it if possible.

This was part of Gary Clays defense against the NW, he had a sworn statement from T Levene stating that NW hadnt challenged this.

Just spoke to them again, still having problems, and they have an ETA of 48 hrs. Spoke about transfering it, and She said I could request it, but they dont ave to refund the money( BUt they prob would), and it could take just as long. She was very helpful, told me to keep ringing, but when the system was back up, they will be dealing with the backlog as a matter of urgency.

I just spoke wiht a young lady on the helpline, as to why my Warrant requqest was still "Requested" She tells me that from Wednesday last week they have had problems with the site beacuse of the service provider, could be that they are being inundated with requests ? Anyway she said there is a backlog and they do not know when it is likely to be sorted out, they had been told by the weekend, but still it wasnt resolved. If I find anything else out, I will update.

I wouldnt think so, they are offering a service for transfering your balance.

I dont know if the bailiff has it yet, I will check tommorow, If they do I am sure they will send a 7 day notification.

Thats sort of what happened with me and Nationwide, I got a fob off letter, rang them up and they said talk to the branch, I said No, you talk to the branch and when I rang back later to find out I got an annoying little girl telling me that they were sending me a letter. After asking her what the letter was about, and getting no were I told her I didnt want a letter, I wanted a list of charges, she said it was the list of charges. They dont play hard ball so much as annoying ball.

If you pay the £5 you cant claim it back, as it is a service being offered.

As I sent my initial request to the branch and that the court might be transferred, I served the papers on the branch, It also gives them lesstime to act on it.

Applied for an execution of warrant, it will be processed tommorow.
