  3. Admittedly it was only £70, probably why they didn't put up much of a fight. A 'net account, the branch in question was Slough.

    I first emailed them about a month ago and got the standard reply, i.e. I'll pass you to a manager etc. etc. I waited to no avail. This week I emailed them again, and today received by post, a letter of non admission, but here's your money back anyway. They seem to be getting the message.
  5. Would fees on balance transfers and associated interest charges be recoverable?
