i rec a letter offering part payment from hsbc they would not pay the overdraft interest through and said if i proceeded to court i would lose the lot can somone advise
2nd letter was sent and i have now rec a letter saying that they can not produce me a break down of the erc cost and they are will in to refund me 80 of the 270 exit cost where do i go from here any ideas

well done for keeping ur chin up. iam not sure what to do with my claim iam claim 3700 from woolwich (erc) not sure if to continue or quit. your advice would be great..

just read the thread up the top about not doing anymore erc claims.
i have just sent my second letter to claim my early repayment fee ahould i now put an mcol on now in 14 days.
what the differents between fast track and normal court really confused
sending second letter off today god aim so worried bank charges are easy but iam more worried about this. do i add 8% from the date they took the erc if i have to do an online claim.
and does anyone know if woowich are good at paying out or not
