  1. Hi, I've only just been discovered the credit agreement claims and would really appreciate someone answering the following questions for me: If i have had a loan for ..say 11000 with AA finance and after 2 years - took out a loan with Natwest and consolidated the AA loan - what should I be claiming and and who should I aim the claim to? If my loan is Secured - can this claim process put my house at risk i.e. could they demand their money back? Where do I stand on credit card accounts that have since been closed? If my loan is with the bank mortgage is also with - can this jeopodise my mortage? as usual - any help will be greatly appreciated! Phil.
  2. I recieved my statements today from barclays. I asked for the last 6 years and they gave me from april 99 to june 02 when the account was closed. I was also defaulted on this account. Total charges = 280. Should I still go ahead and claim?? Thanks P.
  3. Hello, If anyone can answer this i would appreciate it. I've just got back my bank statments. the account was closed in june 02 but my statements go back to april 99. does the six year ruling apply only to the last 6 years or the last 6 years i was banking with them? Also i was forced into a default after being told to close the account and they would set up a 'repayment scheme' for me which turned out to be a debt collection agency and had me paying someone at my door each month. Would this effect the claim in anyway good or bad?? Thanks... P.
  4. Hi all, just a quick one..... i'm claiming against barclays for an account i closed a few years back, unfortunatley i have no record of my account. Can i still claim and if so do they still have a record of me to procede with?? any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.
  5. Hello, I'm looking for a bit of guidance, I've read up most stuff and it kind of makes sense but i'm looking to claim from 3 banks within the last 6 years (is this possile?). If so, do i follow the same procedure? I defaulted with one bank after they cleared me out and doubt that i have any account details, how can i persue them? Also I recently kicked up a fuss with my current bank and got 50% of my last 6 months charges refunded (200 quid), how will this affect my claim? If anyone reads this and feels they can help and would like to offer me some long term advice (as i know i will find this whole thing a challenge) it would really be appreciated!! Thankyou Phil.
