KATZE VS LLOYDS TSB: Help with AQ & other stuff
innocent replied to katze2000's topic in Lloyds Bank
Rejecting offers letters which may help you? There are template letters here for rejecting offers once court action has commenced... My understanding is they deposited the money before your commenced proceedings but did not tell you they were doing so and you claimed for the original amount: just use the correct letter to send to them, and inform the court that they have made a partial payment too... Hope this helps Innocent -
Hi Surf, N1s are normally cash or cheque I am afraid....why don't you call your local court and they will send you out a pack, including N1 forms and payment arrangements ;-) N1 forms are generally regarded as better but mcol claims normally suffice too....... depends on your type of claim; and making sure you get all of the information on the limited space of the mcol I would always suggest posting your proposed N1 or mcol form POC here for others to check first anyway Hope this helps Innocent

Congratulations so far eh....... Here's hoping....... Innocent

Innocent vs LLOYDS TSB CLASSIC CURRENT (CONTRACTUAL INTEREST)
innocent replied to innocent's topic in Lloyds Bank
GuidoT Thanks for your quick reply and for your continuing confidence in me (Sometimes I think I just need to re-confirm my own thoughts with others such as yourself) I had forgotten to ask if they have requested a stay but I agree, in balance, because of the CI element this is (arguably) the best way to go to ensure the draft order is ordered. Thanks for your very complete advice as always, and be rest assured I am following your case closely with very great interest and eagerness Innocent -
Innocent vs LLOYDS TSB CLASSIC CURRENT (CONTRACTUAL INTEREST)
innocent replied to innocent's topic in Lloyds Bank
Hi all An update.... Just phoned the courts because I have heard little Apparently the DJ last time gave [problem] until the 7th June to file a AQ, a second chance.... "ooo" she said "hang on"...... :-| "they have filed an AQ today" The case will now return to the judge, for "allocation". Any thoughts? Anything I should be doing or writing now to encourage the DJ to use the draft order (based now even more on Lloyds bad behaviour)?? Your thoughts please?? Innocent :-| -
Gooders! Wow! I have got the overall impression from your thread that it has been thoroughly researched, and very well planned..... There are issues with contractual (sometimes) so glad to see your claim Congratulations on your PPI claim (have not started looking here yet.... perhaps I should plan as well as you eh?) Your POC looks great; just double check figures and enclose the relevant appendixes and well...... "Good Luck" and I look forward to further news Innocent
