Hiya everyone, I am still persuing this second claim and filed with the court on March the 6th, Halifax too ages to acknowledge it but finally did on the 19th March, with my first claim they paid up within about 5 days of acknowledging, so I have eagerly been constantly checking my account and have not yet had anything credited. My problem now is that today I have received a letter from Halifax saying the following:
Dear XXXX
We are in receipt of your letter of 29th January in connection with further charges that you have incurred on the above account.
I note from our records that this is not the first time you have raised concerns over these charges and on several occasions we have written to you to advise that we will not now or in the future refund any further charges as a result of you not conducting your account within the terms and conditions laid down.
Your file will once again be closed and no further action will be taken surrounding refund of charges on your account.
The thing is this letter relates to a letter I sent on 29th January, and since then as I said above I have filed a court claim on the 6th March, so don't know what to do next. do I reply to this letter or do I just wait for their response to court action.
If anyone can help I would realy appreciate it.
