    sorry yesterday i meant name scottishbloke17 not stokefellow saying why have nt blemain/together been sorted out yet???????? I just typed in my laptop BLEMAIN FINANCE WARNING and it came up on yahoo many things i havent seen on blemain all not good one was TITLED _ DEBT QUESTIONS CHESHIRE/BLEMAIN please read all this and person who answers question too as this will answer many questions on how blemain did contracts and also there are more things to read regarding one section knowing another at blemain/cheshire and brokers and staff/brokers ? there are more titles too explaining more errors done by blemain. I found last wk also 3 more lots of evidence on line i feel sick this morning, my blood pressure reason high cos im so angry not released yet hopefully now i will be as it is just pure nasty to treat a customer who has done no wrong tired to a loan what is totally wrong this shows other customers how YOUR TREATED. I can see now why judge has done what he has done, i read up on ORDER last night. This i believe will just maybe help other blemain customers/together too who are trapped in blemain and trapped money in their too. For a court to have to deal with this is (SHOWING UP A COMPANYS wAYS WHEN DEALING WITH VUNABLE CUSTOMERS) IM going my dr again, hes already done one letter for court judge. May my life change and a turnaround now.

    hi martin2006 yes i will keep updating on here) Yes there is movement on my claim by the judge and im sure together didnt like it. I cant post what, but i believe my joy will return after 11 yrs of hell with them i wait to see this wk what they do cos i feel if not the right action then what i suspect, and felt all along , not a shake but earth quake will hit this company as stokefellow said on here this wk , why hasnt someone nailed them by now. WORST luck it will be me, I sense this is the wk for hopefully being RELEASED. I need refreshing and my son too ( OPEN DOORS. ) ive only relaxed at bit, cos know my claim its in courts hands at min and years of blemain and MY LIFE MADE A MESS, to feel a bit of peace is wonderful its like seeing a flower blossom that you thought would just be left to wilt and trod on. I pray now favor and open doors and money loosed. I will post more soon. Thank you for support on here.

    hi scottishbloke17 hope you have heard back now from together (blemain finance) i think when the loan was done they were called blemain group ok ) like mine was and many others. blessings and please read my posts and a lot of others on here under blemain finance generally from 2004 to 2009, may you get back all what is rightfully yours and if there was ppi too, refund on that aswell. Fees add up im sure whats owing to you maybe far more than 500 could be thousands. Please think wisely because with all the cases on here you may have read regarding blemain ( i tell you now its not easy ) i gave them grace and they really didnt care they owed me more back the only way for me is COURT and finally reveil truth. Money is route of all evil and success is how i think blemain think ( not them doing what is right will cost them now properly more than money) . Its awful my trust in people has really dropped.

    hi there scottishbloke17 ) please make sure you also CLAIM for other refunds such as undisclosed commision fees and for letters , calls and errors of 50 pound a time for payments 2 days late as they charge even before a wk a payment is late, make sure when you receive the breakdown from together it has all these on which i am writing for you hun ) also for computer interest payment wrong its hard to explain that one but in court recently someone won on this grounds ok against blemain finance. It is something to do with recalculation the judge sided with the customer of blemain as blemain blamed their computers. Im sorry i cant remember which case it was, if you read a lot of blemain cases in court you will find it. Also this will help you see so many other things you may claim for. goodluck There are many reasons for you to do a claim unless together now re emburse you with out the stress, sadly my case has been utter hell with blemain so i turned to the court for judge to help. If together are rude if you have to speak to them by phone, please ask to be put through to customer relations team ok, when dealing with sensitive things you need support and be heard i do wish you well and things be easy for you if no joy do claim court as they will hear you indeed.

    wow hun x at last a new begining ) i feel depressed at min cos my dentist has said my front top teethso loose need removing he has booked me in again october, but the 2 teeth may not last till then (and fall out or emergency dentist i told him i want to keep them as long as i can i cant eat on front teeth at all now, that 8 teeth grinded out and now 2 more need pulling out all through utter torment and no respect for me by a company who just took from me, not hearing my cry for help and set me free. iM FED UP WITH PEOPLE STARING AT MY TEETH LOSS AS I HAD GREAT TEETH AND FOR A FEMALE ITS MOST UPSETTING PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY, IM SO PLEASED FOR YOU SUFFERING

    Ive put my whole puzzle together now, just waiting and believing. Chin up consumer forum the hell with years of victums on here and their stories of their lives turned upside down including mine, can be made right way up again, i see yet another case on here of 2007 loan took out and im sure more will arrive, but soon i believe new rulings, because i believe ONE AND FOR ALL. I will update soon hopefully. I found latest story kittys most upsetting on here today, it reminded me when my mum died and i gave blemain my inherritence off her, i put it off my arrears on my account and that money was clearly wasted, as in TRUTH i did not owe arrears.     The truth will all come out, it cant stay hidden as the truth will set all victums of blemain finance , blemain group, together.monach recoveries, phone a loan,cheshire mortgages, lancashire mortgages, etc etc etc. Part is out and rest will be, when a puzzle is all put together it shows the whole picture ).

    Thank you blemain yet more TACTICS is it (these arrears now threats to have to pay them back now) rememeber theres court so stop the games im not playing in your playground . Letter is evidence and thats second strike letter against you within 10 days now. Also if you tell people things make sure you are honest before they write to me and you make them lie able too. As for ever helping me, its been years of abuse when ive been extremely unwell years years years. I suggest what you write is check before you print. I think time to step up a lot and thank you for the dates you sent as now i can remember when my bank had hell wks with you or should i say years and rude to them 3 times on phone its all noted. I look forward to release and payment like my arrears you remind me off being CLEARED by you as what you done to me and others and this poor site having ears of blemain customers on here tormented by you. Police next if i need to as i had to see them before over a prosecution, i see about action fraud on here. NINETEEN questions 5 answered, and lies and also stop trying to get me drop case. Ombudsman gave you a shake but court will do the earthquake, and as for other blemain customers how dare you be little them and me, their story's over you are FACT NOT fictitious, so watch when you write about them they are human beings and not robots dictated too by you. Never helped me, years of YOU have to do what we say, there should be a councillors hot line for blemain customers, well i think consumer forum have been that on gong as they have took all the torment and tried to help people on here start to live and have hope again. Thank you all staff at consumer forum, i know you certainly kept me edified in my darkest hours and advice and guidance. The truth will set us free, the battle is not mine i dont walk alone. site team i have to do things as you can imagine. My big fish is on my line and i need to pull it in) Im sure not too busy for long, i hope my post is ok as im not an expert at grammer, english etc , but you do not need this always as what i say can be clearly enough understood even though i am be be littled.     Always go with your gut feeling, and persue your dreams, and do not give in to bullies and threats, as it shows the enemy is scared. Witness statements are good because for once you can silence the enemy. Once you start something see it through and understand BLEMAIN customers deliverance is so close you can touch it, as just one person can change so much. I do not give in to nasty say doers.     Thank you for reply dx100uk its not on road, thank goodness it landed over path and nextdoors garden ,once the children nextdoor gone bed i will go and put some cat litter on whats left now on pavement. My neighbour is parshally blind so she may fall if not all rest of it cleared up. Luckily i got cat litter in so thank you for tip. Nextdoor has had a lot of visitors this last wk and they park on her drive so any oil on the grass should be clear now, but nobody done whats oil is left on pavement ,its rained but not cleared all hopefully after tonights cat litter. Been just over wk now since it happened. Nextdoor s visitors next day first stuck the can next to my hedge/hers hedge which joins nextdoor garden to mine i saw where it was put next day, so i quickly picked it up stuck in her bin near hedge and i got oil over me. I will go out soon tonight and do path).

    Just looked up on line how to get engine oil off, says use washing detergent so next we have bubbles out there. Im sure my neighbours young 4 children would come out and play with bubbles everywhere thinking its fun time? not. bless them .

    Hi martin2006 ive been wishing for more rain, as few days ago late at night a car went past my home there was a loud bang i went out and a large container with black engine oil in hit my pavement and spun round and put all oil everywhere it landed at my neighbours over hers too. Oil still outside . The container was put in neighbours bin now and dustbin men took it. I do have a question martin if i needed to talk to consumer forum do i email or what number is it? I am ok at min, just asking really.

    The only bonus marcus will be blemain properly havng to pay all BONUSES back, im not on about our REFUNDS im on about what blemain got for colour code loans. I certainly would nt call what i had stolen from me a bonus anything coming back. Im sure you know blemain well and the tricks they play.) like the mark from blemain that came out to my home he told me he had worked for blemain over 12 yrs, this was from when all the loans that are now in court were done. Thank heavens for courts and judges, or the customers under blemain, would stay all dictated too and no way out or get release.

    i wish you well marco23 take care) martin do you know what RED HERRING means ? i think we just had one. because of my claim site team i am very sorry if you get sleepers etc its properly cos my case will really shake blemain, and at the end of the day, its long overdue sorting them out and my life under games of blemain has to end and thats that.     marco23 the fos take ages and blemain tell them oh sorry cant see paperwork on that question not here, then they do not another all questions ombudsman gives the straight . Flawed so best is go on line do a claim form for court it takes 5 mins and you wont regret it also the court answer back to you very quick within 10 days i had a reply) good luck. Please understand fear is not good for you and the court have had loads of cases on blemain so the more that claim what is rightfully theirs the better, it shows how many loans are wrong etc. hi martin i like what you put about the ash trays lol can i ask why isnt marco23 post on blemain with the other blemain list on forum? To show yet another case.

    DO YOU REMEMBER I HAD A DREAM few days ago so i acted on it on here, i forgot to say i had another dream last night i was standing at a dark mountain in bible terms this is like obstruction enemy etc as an example about mountains in this dream it was blemain company a bright light came and the ALMIGHTY STRUCK THE MOUNTAIN DOWN BLEMAIN STAFF FELL TO THE FLOOR. I was released and the almighty went and sat back down on the throne. I didnt write this on here today , but half an hour ago a brother in christ contacted me and ask me had i had resent dreams i had to say yes when i told them the dreams and that i had acted on the first dream on here and helped to try set others free same as me free on consumer forum i didnt say site name he said well done for your sincererity and faithfulness cos ive had same revelations about you and victory is in. wows i had to post cos awesome dream last one , im known as the giant slayer and helping others. That was a pastor brother who messaged me. Do not worry dx100 i try keep it simple on forum i just had to share)

    hi marco23 i was giving you an example of the things blemain do, I didnt realise you had paid arrears off, and its charges left on your account now you just discussing. I hope you have read all i wrote back to you and understand as you didnt answer about subprime and henry moser etc , please check this info on line your self google etc and you may find things that help you see more clearly. Also read court cases on blemain, it upsets me to see yet another blemain customer needs release, do you still have loan how much if so and how much arrears was paid off up to you if you want to say if not its ok. Loan or loans you have or had were inbetween 2004 to 2010 werent they ? Never pay for charges straight off that you do not know what they are for. I HAD TO LEARN SAME AS YOU ALWAYS ASK OR YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF IN LIFE. Blemain love to say have you looked at sheltered housing, regularly they say this i think its their new way of saying you lost ya home mate, if you do not do as we say. All the things proven at court cases about blemain and they still have nerve to be little people who they know they done wrong too. They believe they are untouchable and full justice wont come in, but while us customers have struggled and eaten cheaper foods and properly blemain could afford steak and dearer food ( a turnaround can happen instantly nothing is impossible) a full turnaround. Blemain were like feeding me a dog bone but leaving me out in the rain thinking i would never do court, even though i told them 5 or more times i would, they just kept slightly giving , but they only gave me cos they knew how wrong they have done me and once i gained even more evidence and they still didnt release me that was it. Hope you make right decision marco23 please do not worry, chin up and as of today may things get clearer for you.

    yes i know that hun) i went blemain first, then ombudman if no joy with blemain. then ombudman trys to solve matter with blemain this can take up to 4 to 8wks. I know i was in this mess up and ombudsman wrote back also the me about court do missold and misrepressentation .
