Awaiting your soonest response. Kind regards, Skrill Help Team The amount is around 2k. I have a whole range of issues with this... 1. I paid these via instant bank transfer (Sofort Banking). I had no idea this could be reversed? I use Skrill as I do not like leaving money in my current account. 2. I have contacted my bank (Nationwide) who cannot see how this happened and say the reversals were a system error. 3. I have not currently got this amount to repay. I have some but not near all. My fault entirely, I thought I had a fair bit more than I should in my account, but used it on other debt etc as I thought these payments were done as they always were previously. 4. How do I respond? 5. What will likely happen to me? Really worried.. Any advice would be great. Thanks

    Ok Will do Another update - now the seller has 'won' the case, they have opened a cancel transaction case on ebay that states 'buyer after a refund' - even after lying in the paypal case saying it was sent. Ebay states not to accept this unless I had been refunded. I am guessing they are trying to get their fees back too! Can I use this against them? I am not accepting it

    Hi I have sent the email to him yes, I will see what he says. Thanks for your advice. I will cancel the DD. However if I cancel the dd they will take it off my card.. But then I assume I can do a chargeback?

    Also, its worth me saying - I paid for this via their 'pay after delivery' option, so the money has not yet been debited from my bank account. I would just cancel the direct debit, but as a seller who relies on paypal for sales I do not want any hassle so I am not sure what to do..

    I have just had this response from paypal, which in my opinion, is not good enough. When I purchased the item there was a big box saying 'this item is covered by the ebay moneyback guarantee - receive your item or your money back. What do I do..     Ok, I will do this now. I have also filed complaints with ebay and paypal. How can they get away with this? When I pressed purchase, it clearly said 'covered by ebay moneyback guarantee' a requirement of which is a valid tracking code..

    Hi Can anyone help. I bought a £500 amazon voucher via ebay. The seller told me they cannot email the code, but would post for security. Thats fine with me. Nothing came. I had an email from them showing this conversation. The day after purchase, they changed their feedback to private, and address from UK to Romania. i opened a case to say nothing came. Seller provided my email address as the tracking number. Paypal decided in THEIR favour??? Even though I sent them the emails and told them this. What do i do???

    Hi All I am currently unemployed, but have been informed by an old colleague that SLL Capital are sending letters to my old employer asking about me. What can I do to stop this? It is embarrassing.. They are asking whether I was employed, what dates, what my job title was etc. How the hell are they entitled to do that?

To be honest, it is not the fact that it is a short (ish) amount of time that has passed, but before I bought it, he said it would be sent same day via 24 hour courier.. Plus his answers..

    I am feeling some hostility from you, which is odd. To be honest, I feel perfectly within reason to be unhappy. Anyway, that is the auction number, as it also appears in the chat. If you google it, it comes up as a cached page but then does not take you to the item as ebay have removed it. I paid on July 2nd. I will contact my bank again, and see what they can find out. I will also file with action fraud. I know you are trying to say maybe this guy is just being slow or is not answering correctly, but I am sorry he is not being honest. I sent him the money, he then gave me a tracking number for something sent weeks ago overseas. When I try and get any sense out of him he comes back with utter rubbish I mean its simple really, if he never had it I would be happy with my money back, alternatively if he sent it as he says, he would have a proof of postage, which he does not have.
