Debt purchaser.

Not that I am aware of.
Did you receive a Default Notice from the original creditor?
No, I moved house 4 years ago.
Have you been receiving statutory notices headed “Notice of Default sums” – at least once a year ?
No, they may have gone to old address but mail has not been forwarded.
Why did you cease payments:-
I am not sure if this was charges on a current account or a credit card. I can't remember if I even had a credit card with them.
Was there a dispute with the original creditor that remains unresolved?
I attempted to re-claim unfair charges and was unsuccessful on my first attempt

I rang them to argue my case but was ignored.
I hope I have answered the questions right
