I sent it away twice to be fixed they were done on a return to base by courier, all they did was re stick the screen back down, and clean the laptop inside telling me to do this step is easy said than done as it requires the laptop stripping which if i damage voids my warranty Retailer is PC Specialist

I gave the retailer the chance twice to rectify the problems seems they are temporary fixed and again the problem arises ive emailed the finance provider and see what they suggest probably just send me back to the retailer thanks both

Hi 10 months ago my partner bought me a gaming laptop ive had nothing but hassle with it since i bought it below is the issues ive faced with it 5 Weeks in Screen flicker Poor Performance Crashes 5 Months in Screen fell away from the laptop chassis when i checked it was held in with tape Poor performance again Crashes Game Crashes constantly 10 Months in Poor Gaming performance again Crashing Faulty Power Button works when it wants This laptop is financed Novuna Personal Finance previously Hitachi Personal Finance when we signed the agreement, Laptops warranty runs out in two months and dont have faith this will last another 12 months with the issues ive had with it up to now, ive owned Gaming PCs over the years and never had any issues with them know people who own gaming laptops and never had any problems with them but seems the quality of this is shocking there is no easy way to maintain it without stripping the whole thing down which if you break isnt covered in your warranty. Im guessing the best thing going forward is contact Novuna ? but guessing this wont be as easy as saying i dont want it as it aint fit for purpose

Up to now 1 person has been sacked as they used the excuse he did it for his own personal gain The other resigned on the day of his conduct meeting Number 3 a personal friend of mine is due to have his conduct meeting tomorrow morning but is handing his notice tomorrow as he can't afford to be sacked because this would possibly make it hard for him to gain permanent employment incase they told the new employer the reasons why he left I don't know how they can use this as personal gain the sale was free to a customer and they pay 3 pound for it before tax the company puts pressure on its employees to sell on the job but it you look into my contract there is no mention of selling on the job so basically have they broke the terms of our employment as they are making us do extra duties which arnt in our contract I asked my manager 2 weeks ago for the sales policy as nobody has seen this document and it's not in my contract he said its in conduct policy and it's my core role and expectations The people above who have already had there conduct packs have received a sales policy dated October 2018 and nobody has seen this. This tells me my own manager didn't even know anything about it as he didn't provide me for it when I asked for it weeks ago now its in the conduct packs all made by himself I am still waiting on my conduct pack in the post reason I've not got mine yet is due to me being on annual leave and I return to work on 2nd September this will follow in the post weeks later I'm expecting Is it best I resign or do I have a chance here

How long have they got to produce a conduct pack for another meeting not heard anything in 3 weeks

Im in the communciation workers union We had half an hours training in front of a power point presentation so no training was not carried out properly im not a salesman im a telecoms engineer and they brought sales into the role recently but im sure it doesnt state in my contract that i am a salesman aswell as a telecoms engineer

Hi i work for well known leading company who provide paid television services, last week myself and 3 other people was pulled in to speak to management about a sale we made via our work ipad if you could class this as a sale as it was a free item to the customer who was part of the VIP package so they was entitled to this extra, somebody in my team questioned a colleague of mine asking how have you made that sale when the job is for tommorow then a manager has seen this comment and brought my collegue in for questioning telling him its gross misconduct to access a customers account without being on site with the customer even though the sale was a freebie and the customer has not phoned up to make a complaint. The manager told my collegue who ever else has done the same thing will also be out the door so the manager has found out myself and 3 others have done the freebie sale via the ipad without being onsite with the customers even though nobody has phoned up to complain. Myself has done this on two occasions Person A has done it 3 times Person B has done it 3 times Person C has done it 2 times We have all been told this is gross misconduct and legal hr has been involved in it, we went for our meetings with seperate managers in the area they asked why we did it, how many times we did it and what process must we take to ID a customer. We get told if we dont upsell to customers and hit our 10 percent target we will be put on plans and if we still dont perform will be put through the conduct policy which i feel is unfair, We are under so much pressure to upsell to customers and this is why we have commited the above offences to keep off performance plans but they are not interested and dont listen. i am stressed, fed up and worrying i will lose my job in the next two weeks, i am drinking more alcohol than normal and not sleeping very well lately and my moods are not the best. None of us has been suspended, they say its gross misconduct but i was told if its that bad surely we should of been suspended why they investigate im not happy about working why being investigated as it puts a downer on my day and makes me forget things or become irritated very easily. I've had someone knock on my door claiming they work for a company called resolver who can deal with damp issues in my home as my housing assoation hasn't rectified any of the issues they came into the property took photos of the damp took very basic details name, address, phone number national insurance number and had their office call me back within 15 minutes to take the details over the phone I get paranoid with this kind of thing They seem very certain a solicitor will be in touch to claim housing association has been out 3 times in 3 years cleaned the damp and used anti mould paint which hasn't even resolved the issue was told someone would come out and look at the roof and nothing damp has been bad this year Does this sound legit or something dodgy Thanks

I have had a scan through my contract and it mentions about garden leave but im not that well educated on the term garden leave. I gave my notice early as i wanted it all out of the way and then i could just sit back until i left my current employment up to now he has not accepted the notice and told me to give 4 weeks but by the sounds of it i could just hand this to them on 3rd July and finish on 3rd August. Hi I start my new employment in august and have given my notice for the 3rd August as my finish day today i was asked to come into the office and as usual asking me to reconsider dont know why i would as the company gives me a constant head ache. They sat down and said to me that they are not willing to wait 10 weeks for me to leave the business and said i have to give a maximum of 4 weeks notice which should be done today and sent by tonight to state my end of employment should be 25th June 2018 I am not ready to leave in June and have 2 children i need to provide for a car to pay and rent to pay. Am i in my rights to give them ten weeks notice or are they right in what they say. By the sounds of it they havent accepted my notice for 10 weeks so they see me as continuing my employment until i settle another notice. If i give them 4 weeks notice am i in my rights to hand them this 1st July to finish 1st August Thanks

Hi Went for my interview today for the installation engineer role passed everything did my medical and passed all that and been told their recruitment recruitment will be in touch soon to do CRB checks and a credit file check. Only thing im worried about is the credit check few years ago after i lost my job i went through a stupid patch with silly loans and an over draft, i paid the loans off, still currently paying the overdraft which is not far off setteled since then things are getting better was recently accepted on a credit card to boost my credit history which ive been using and paying off on the payment due date. I am still worried about this credit check though as my credit history still shows very low on noddle or clear score. I have never had a CCJ or been bankrupt i have set payment plans with the lenders and are paying them all off in full. Why do employers want to do a credit check this role isnt dealing with cash or anything so dont see why its needed. So i finally got a reply off drp and they claim sending mail to my place of work is not data protection and they have done nothing wrong I emailed the ICO and got no response off them DRP have sent another letter stating that I now owe 169 pound but there client is happy to settle 139 pound (this part made me laugh) the next step will be court proceedings apparently I asked them for the evidence of the car sat on their car park for the time stated and they actually missed that bit off the reply to my email not surprised really

Well ive made a complaint as you suggested also emailed the CEO as ive had enough this guy actually thinks he is clever dont know how this moron has the brains to run a business this was his reply haha guys an absolute tool

make me laugh these companies how they think they can one minute say you owe nil, 0, zilch then turn around weeks later and state you owe a £150 cancellation fee, im no professional on these matters but keep all the letters they sent to you i cant see it going far for them perfectly happy to offer you a service, usually pester you to sign up with them but when you decide its time to call it a day, they shaft you side ways, wash there hands of the whole affair and then let some other pestering harassing company do the dirty work for them

Today i got into work to find a letter had been sent in my name from DRP debt recovery on behalf of euro car parks rising the parking notice from £100 to £160 i am annoyed at the fact these pathetic morons think they can send a parking charge debt recovery letter to my employers address when the car is registered at my home address and has nothing to do with work. I have been ignoring these people for the past 8 weeks like they had done to myself when i asked them to provide the evidence of my car parked up in the car park and to this day still nothing off them can anything be done about reporting them for sending correspondence to my work address, could do with something as my employer isn't to happy about personal mail coming into work

Hi Just before christmas received a letter from Euro Car Parts Stating that wife had parked on Kay St Bolton car park without attatching a paid ticket on the window i phoned them stating i have never parked on this car and do not intend on parking here ever never spoke to such rude people. after 10 minutes of arguing with a sarcastic person down the phone i was told to appeal which i havent i instead sent an email to their CEO office also a person who doesnt reply to his emails he receives. They claim my wife parked there between 13:47 and 15:00 and didnt display a paid ticket on the window she has told me she has not been in this car park and cut through just to avoid the build up of traffic on the same road but she never parked there or stopped in this car park sent their ceo a nice email politely asking for the CCTV images of her entering the car park, parking up the car and walking off without paying for a ticket and also at 15:00 an image of her getting back into the car and driving away just as exepected no reply off him sent the same email twice. Today another letter comes through saying the 40 pound discount has passed and i now owe them £100 to be paid in 28 days or they will instruct a debt collector. This company sounds like an utter joke What steps shall i take now as they refuse to email me back. im just disgusted at how they think they can obtain my details through my registration and my address

Hi Been working now since mid 2013 and still with the same company enjoying work and making good money Back in 2013 i came out of work and got greedy with money went down the stupid route of borrowing money from Wage day advance i borrowed £130 in total and with being out of work stupidly didnt pay it back after forgeting about the debt and settling things like overdrafts and other stupid little things i finally got back on my feet slowly improved my credit and things was going well. The other month got a letter from this WDA requesting i pay back £290 i emailed them asking why has it taken them over 3 years to send me a letter requesting this money they didnt explain why and keep demanding £290 ive told them not paying a penny until i get a detailed breakdown of charges there version of a detailed breakdown is Original Loan: 130 Interest £130 Missed Payment Fee: £30 Thats all they keep sending me i ignorned them until they sent me what i asked for last week moorcrap have sent their demands on behalf of WDA with their own little charge on top for the convenience Not responded to these still telling WDA i want a detailed breakdown and why has it taken them 3 years to chase this little debt this is more than double what i borrowed HARSH LESSON LEARNED WILL NOT BE BORROWING MONEY OFF THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.
