  1. Yes, but who gave them permission to collect the data in the first place, AND what other data are they collecting whilst they are about it? Big Brother is indeed watching, question is where does it stop? skb
  2. Another area where they rip you off, on some products anyway, is going for the 'Healthy but more Expensive' option. Example: Tesco value beans 20p per 420g tin versus Tesco Light Choice beans 31p per 420g tin. (Values are per 100g) .............................Value.............Light Choice Energy.....................60kcal...............75kcal Protein.....................4.7g..................4.3g Carbohydrate.............9.0g..................3.4g Fat...........................0.5g.................0.5g saturates...................0.1g.................0.1g Fibre.........................3.5g.................3.8g Sodium......................0.2g..................0.1g So you basically pay 50 % more for the Light Choice option which is nmore fattening thatn the value option. skb
  3. A little trick I have seen in Tesco, and other supermarkets for that matter is in the price comparison between a branded item and an own branded one. The own branded item will give a comparison in say £/Kg whilst the branded item will be in £/500g thus making it look cheaper. Or even more crafitily something like own brand £1.20/400g and branded £0.8/250g, try working out in your which head one of those is cheaper skb

  5. Above all, remember who you are Very Important! - Remember Cleaning, Cooking, Ironing and Dishes is the Wife/Girlfriends job that’s why we marry them. To save having to employ a maid. - Only sleep with the maid if she’s your wife or girlfriend. - Whip her ass once a week - Keep your savings in an offshore account. You don’t want her to leave you with an empty pocket. - Girlfriends/wife are disposable goods

  14. Full Kudos to you Sally, I have my own demons which thankfully are mostly consigned to the lower reaches of pandemodium. Weed still makes a weekly appearance an I still smoke like a fish, that is a fish that breathes smoke rather than water, but im working on it. By the end of the year I hoe to be completely drug free (apart from alkyhol that is, after all we ll need some vice or other) I remember the days 10 years or so ago when I couldn't even imagine a time when I would'nt be getting obliterated every weekend (when a weekend woiuld start on wednesday and end on monday). Thankfully I saw the light and dont miss the hard stuff in the slightest. Weed I still smoke (once a week) but can thankfully now take it or leave it (used to be an once a week man) but fags, my oh my fags, they have to be the hardest thing to kick. I've got it down from 30 a day to only smoking when drunk (so bout 40 to 60 over a weekend) but I hope, sorry **** hope I will do it, to knock them on the head by the end of the year. I dont know you Sally but hearing of other peoples success shows us all that it can be done. As I said earlier FULL KUDOS to you, you are an inspiration to us all  skb
