  1. Hi all, Quick update to my original post to say that the mystery default has been removed from my credit file by Vodafone. My thanks to Lee for his assistance in this matter, also thanks to the other contributers on the CAG forum for all their assistance.

  7. Live chat with one of their agents, at least it happens in real time and you dont have to worry about someone not being able to understand you and vice versa
  8. Been with Petplan for years, they're really good
  9. Would DSR (Distance selling regulations) be applicable here?
