A company pays whenever the payroll cough up!...What your saying is about working a month in hand!... it is hard but if thats the way they pay then thats it I work for a company where the month is 1-31st and pay day on the 5th working day of the following!..... Although as a suggestion could you not ask the company for a loan ( apologies for the suggestion if its been covered i haven't read the post fully!)

It clearly states "no stopping!" On the 07/08 - regardless of wether you load, unload, park or pull up with your hazards on - you will get a ticket - it is right you have stopped on a clearway looking at the circle signs.... I don't believe you can be charged with "trespass" If Tescos ask you to leave and you refuse or they tell you your not welcome and your on the premises that is trespass Basically they then have the right to remove you (physically!) You cant be arrested for it

I'm guessing that from your post you are new to the world of event security after reading this i'm a little bemused and struggling to work out how this SM is a racist!.... Reading the post it sounds to me like you may have a misguided expectation to the job. I've worked in event security to manager level for many years i've seen it and heard it all!... Including what you are saying, to be honest from what you are saying was alledged to have been said i have said to many many people. "don't like it? Then go home!" It is the quick and easiest way of saying "i dont have time for a member of my team who wants to complain!" Speaking from experience being a SM you have flack from 3 sides organisers, security management and the public 3 times that of the security staff but it don't make me a rascist in any form. i personally don't believe the SM refused to give you his name however i wasn't there i don't know but i would imagine that a company the size of Showsec have a complaints/ grievence proceedure to follow and that would be the route to take so the lady giving you her email is the correct way by the sounds of it. If you worked in my club with me a conversation i would be having with you would be something along the lines of if you think being told To go home is harsh then wait til Joe public gets hold of you its no holds barred and they certainly won't give a monkeys about your feelings when they insult, spit, throw drinks or try to assault you. Theres no airs and graces if you don't like it then this isnt the job for you. Not being any form of expert! But it looks to me like the the magnetic sticker has been sitting in direct sunlight and the heat has damaged the laquer T-cut won't fix it i had an old Merc with damaged laquer nothing you can do IMHO its either a respray or get another door jobby!

Thats a load of baloney!... They do accept bank transfers and it takes about 3 working days to hit your account its how i pay mine they did have an account number on the website it was loadsa 0's & 1's and my bank wouldn't accept it so i called them and the gave me a proper account number don't take the crap the so called CSA's spew out this is one company that should move the customer service dept to Bangalore it would improve customer services 10 fold i think

Just a brief update from VM... Thier attitude is after the please stay is there anything we can do begging phone calls is..... we've closed your account and called off the dogs and thats that!.. As for the pain, misery, upset and poor service we provided well thats tough really!.... The email we sent to Neil Berkett, Rossendales, OFT and Herts trading standards has now been logged as a complaint by HTS and they are interested in its progress. A quick question... Is it time to request full details of the account under the DPA with view of sending a letter before action? We will now be seeking full repayment for the poor service and the distress it caused closing the account. Originally.... We asked for a goodwill gesture because we recieved poor service and the drama getting the account closed that would have brought the matter to a close we was basically told to do one!

My 1st gen xbox360 has the red ring of doom... Tell them to poke thier £35 and contact the manager of the store be very sorry offer to pay for the goods and then stay out of tk maxx for a while!... You can't get a crim rec until you have been arrested and cautioned or charged so don't worry about that What ever happened to parents paying then giving a clip around the ear when you got home?...

This sounds very familiar my partner has had the same problem leaving VM, luckily she did everything by recorded post and keptall emails etc... So when she got a Threatening letter from Rossendales who i might add threatened to send round someone to collect the money she didn't own they got a sharp, short letter preaching their own rules an regulations and legal actionif its not resolved in 28 days.... Rossendales have gone very quiet and VM has sent the usual we're looking into it email.... 28 days are ticking down and the envelope is ready to be posted!

Hi people!... When i signed up with Vanquis i'm sure the lovely lady told me the APR was 39.9%. Today i called Vanquis to make an enquiry i got a shock and a half!... After speaking the most god awful customer service adivsor(and i struggle to use the words customer service!) i've ever had the misfortune to come across she proudly tells me my rate is 47.8% "HOW MUCH? I yelped "well we wrote to ya and told ya!" she snarled! Funny you can write and annouce credit limit increases, then email, then write again telling me you have increased my limit and spend more!... But no letter or email mentioning interest rate hikes! £1500 @47.8% jeepers i can see how people end up in trouble! Question is....is there anything i can do and where do i stand?... (there is no mention of the interest rate and if you look online the it states basically we'll only tell you your rate if you ring the 0871 number and ask. Then you get someone that obviously has a bad case of PMT snarling at you (if anyone from Vanquis reads this!) its a great way to treat your customers). Apart from closing my account and giving serious consideration to leaving my card in my car winters coming it'll make a nice ice scraper! Is there anything else? Thx RW

Reading in a bit more detail... It looks like they want you to attend court!... Having a " i have to work!" excuse for not attending probably didn't go down to well. I have heard of cases discussed on the radio one day that if you have certain circumstances then you won't lose your licence. Get to court, get very sorry and plead your case chances are you'll be fine
