  1. Spoke to money warehouse again. Asked them to check if they had got my refund form i sent them...... Emm can't find it where did u send it!!! I sent like 20 of them mate 2 mins later o yes i found it yip its complete you will get ur refund in the nxt 14 days... I guarantee it, he said. Just have to wait now fingers crossed
  2. You would of got a letter detailing your sanction and you would of had so long to respond/appeal the sanction. In my experience it is no worth the trouble as you will jst get the same answer no.
  3. Right, you can appeal the discision. In the meantime u will have no money, apply for hardship as soon as u can its not much but better than nothing. If u really get stuck phone the local council

  5. Nice1. As soon as the payment is gone i have to contact the banks debit team and take it from there. Can't see why all this hassle for a refund of my money.
  6. Payment is still pending bank said they cant do anything till it's been cleared!!! Then I can dispute it!! Sent loads of emails to smilefinance and moneywarehouse with no response. Just have to sit back and wait for a response
  7. Was looking for a loan on monday tuesday came money out my bank from money warehouse 38.96!!! Never heard of these people nor did i go on there website. So phoned them up some chap answered told him i want my refund 39.96 he gave me a ref number a told me to email refund@smilefinance.co.uk find that no response, sent me a refund claim form send that back too. How can it take 14 days to give me back bug they can take star aight away. Phoned my bank they said they couldn't do anything tsb if u wonder. Then today i put a complaint to the bank saying i want something done now!!! They going to try sort it out and phone me back this afternoon. To be honest iam up for smashing skulls if i dnt get my money back lol
  8. Good news guys pde has been paid, down side is they tried so many times to take it out of my account and they got there money, I didn't even have an overdraft setup or anything now am due rbs 1000 lol happy days dint let it get to you life goes on

  11. They wont take u to court they will just sell the debt to a dca. I gave sent them a form containg my finances and can only afford 5 a fortnight so if they dont want a will keep it for myself lol.

  14. There crazy mate. Haha go for it glo. I might email them sayin I have a terminal illness and it's because of all the stress you have caused me by harrsement. They are mental they could of just sent that letter 2 weeks ago they like to do things the hard way!!!!!!

  16. Thanks. Will the paydays still be able to dip in to the account. Plus I still haven't heard anything for payday uk. Am just about to email them saying that I want to set up payment plan but they want an inaital fee up front which I don't have. I don't want to wait till they send it to a dca cause they will just add more on to this. Ahah wish I never took payday loans out. They boil me big time
  17. A haven't closed my account yet as it is overdrawn. Can I still close it as I dont have the money to clear it
  18. Hi there I recently took a payday loan with express. I phoned them up before my loan was due to tell them I had lost my job and I wouldn't be able to pay them and the person I spoke to just hung up the phone!!!!!! I recived a letter today off them saying that I hadn't spoke with them !!!!!! So I called them up this afternoon explained that I had lost my job so am on benefits now, they want £60 upfront fee now, lol which I don't have. I told them I won't get any money till the 11th march and he said if that's the case you will have to pay £350 to clear the debt. I don't even get that a month now. So then I said are you still going to try take money out of my account he said yes everyday, I said no point mate the account us overdrawn so it's waste in your time , he said it's not wasting our time. So I just hung up the phone. I have managed to set up payment plans with Wonga which was not a problem and were very understanding, and with payday uk but I had to pay £30 to get it setup. Am total sick of the phone calls now.
