  1. Absolutely. As whatever you sign, you are signing in or signing away for good- don't think you can disagree with something after the event and that they will just change it, because they won't. Disagree before signing and sealing it not afterwards!
  2. I think what I would be asking is- rather than the contract's not stating that they can vary your hours, that it doesn't state you are even job-sharing. In other words, what 'are' you, by default?
  3. Yes this is no longer a time where people can just be told to empty their desks into a bin bag and be summarily dismissed. 11. If they deduct it from source on payday, come back and let us know. In fact, get him to let us know!
  12. Good news. Come back when they do, and we can discuss dispute resolution. As it were.
  13. Well yeah. Who knows whether she opened it or not? Frame it, and hang it it in the kermit.
  14. I think their address etc is here somewhere, buried in a morass of other threads about... SWT ...but if contact their "customer services" they should either give you any oother contact details Revenue have, or, more likely perhaps, pass on the substance of your problem to them: who may then re-contact you. http://www.southwesttrains.co.uk/contact-us-form.aspx customerrelations@swtrains.co.uk At the moment they can proceed in your absence, unless you
