Ok thank you Andy. Much appreciated. I do think situations such as this should be prevented. Selling on after a court claim isn't acceptable. Some procedures should be put in place to control debt collection agencies from behaving this way. -

Hello, Thanks Andy. Interestingly the stayed claim hasn't been sold. Only the two which were dismissed. They are definitely statue Barred. So I assume I can challenge on that ground? -

So MKDP are up to new things... I had a total of x3 claims go through court. One wasn't pursued any further and two including this one I won. I have today received two letters from MKDP stating they have sold them to Hoist Portfolio Holding 2 limited. Firstly is this allowed? One being they're statue barred AND been through court previously? Where do I stand lawfully? I want to, when Hoist contact me managing this head on! Many thanks! -

Hi Andy, I am waiting for it to arrive in the post from the court. Because they had been pestering me, I forced them into making a decision and used the outcomes of the other two accounts in my favour. I had even managed to get this taken off my credit report by stating they had no evidence to prove the debt was mine. -

I have got a result. MKDP are going to discontinue the claim. Interestingly they have reminded me that I am still liable to pay and they may at a later date make another claim should information come to light lol. My other two account I had dismissed in court they also tried to say I was still liable to pay. I kind of put them in their place. -

Hello, Want to get a little advise regarding this as it has reared its head. MKDP are trying to communicate with me over this. It is still stayed by the court because MKDP hadn't done anything further. Is there anything I can do to get this struck out or something just so I can bring closure and tell these compello, Keynes, MKDP or MKRR or which ever they wish to be called to go away? Any help would be appreciated! I have not heard from the court, but MKDP are threatening to have the stay lifted? -

Hi, I just wanted to provide a little update. All three of the claims MKDP made against me we're all entered on my credit file. After the court cases were over I disputed them with the credit reference agencies. I stated it was proven in court (with dates) that there was no evidence to suggest I owed this money and linking myself to those debts. All three have been successfully removed from my credit file. -
Congratulations! MKDP provided a screen shot on my claim too that had no association to me and a different account number. Thought it might be a good point to make people aware of.

What a bunch of I don't know what's! They make me boil. Company's such as this are a complete disgrace.

Hi, No, MKDP's witness statements were prepared by Taylor Atkins. I'd be interested to know if this is a regular name used. I think they have a couple of people in their legal department from what I gathered when I visited their office, that was when I hand delivered my witness statements

I really feel that there is a great in justice in exploiting people's lack of knowledge in situations such as this. I feel that it should be a crime! Lol

I don't understand why they are so shoddy. Why? They're just wasting money!! I think they hope to get sneaky ccjs put through in the hope people won't respond and get it by default. My guess is that happens allot and is their bread and butter. It's a sad state of affairs really.

Thank you both so very much! I don't think I would have had this outcome or managed to turn up with out your guidance and support! I was a nervous wreck, I work very hard not to show it or any signs of weakness. Just so pleased it's all over! I hope my threads can help others with their situations.
