  2. It may well not have been intended but it was ill considered and the site team defending it en masse does little for the rapidly eroding reputation of CAG. I know the person concerned is a very valuable contributor and has done much to assist the needy but he is still human and therefore liable to occasionally have human reactions. G

  5. MM that is purely because the Establshment want the poor in their rightful place I.E> rental accomodation not owning our own properties. This way they can be stolen and sold by the bankers to pay their enormous bonuses and only the wealthy own property. G

  7. Sadly the blemain unregulated agreements dated before april 2008 have no requirements to meet and no regulations to control them. G

Judge completely and utterly out of touch and out of order he has acted "ultra viries".....beyond his powers.......................... section 140 applies to all contracts and agreements regulated by the CCA or unregulated. Section 140 is only barred by FSA regulated Contracts e.g. First Charge Mortgages. An appeal should be made ASAP
