Cheers Jamberson ....here is the appeal I Used I managed to get back to my car today at 16:30 hrs This exact location does indeed have a parking restriction and that restriction is the presence of 2 Yellow Lines. with this restriction being in place a disabled driver can then park on said DYLs for a maximum of 3 hours. with no return to that location within one hour. The Pcn that was issued stated that contravention 30 had occurred, (parked longer than permitted) which occurs when a car is parked for longer than the allotted time in a restricted street, for example limited waiting area. Therefore I believe this PCN has been issued incorrectly. If however you do believe the PCN was issued correctly, and it is believed that I should be paid, then I would be inclined to appeal further...and therefore I would like a copy of the issuing officers pocket book showing details of my car and log details a copy of the computer log from SIDem showing where and when my car was logged in and how many times it was logged and what the vehicle valve positions were at the times of the car being logged in. as well as this information I would also like to see a copy of each of the photos that where taken by the CEO.

Hi All I am enquiring on behalf of a friend, he took out a sky q subscription around 2 months ago and now needs to cancel all of his sky TV due to a cut in his benifits. is there any advice anyone can help ...he is worries that he will have to pay a huge bill to cancel something he can no longer afford thank you all cheers lets

Hi All Just to update, I appealed the PCN on the basis of the CEO used the wrong contravention code and the response I got was " As you are aware the Penalty Charge was issued to you as your vehicle was parked in excess of 3 Hours on double yellow lines, In light of the fact however that the Civil Enforcement Officer used an incorrect contravention code i am willing on this occassion to accept your representation and i have arranged for the cancellation of this Penalty Charge Notice. PCN CANCELLED cheers
  5. Good Evening today I have been the recipient of a nice little piece of paper requiring me to pay £50 to the council for a parking infringement. The PCN states it was contravention 30, parked for longer than permitted. However I was not parked in a limited waiting area, i was actually parked on DYL which should be an 01 offence however i also had my blue badge on display.... so the question is can i appeal this pcn on the basis that the ticket was incorrectly issued on the basis of the wrong contravention code. cheers lets ps was parked for longer than the 3 hours on the badge

Hi All i took our various payday loans some few years back as had real money issues ..working like mad to clear 2 mortgages on 2 houses and tenants not paying rent. in the end had to take out various Payday Loans Quick Quid Payday Express Payday UK Wonga Txt Loans at the point of taking these loans out my credit had around 1 defaults and late payments wonga wrote to me and actually admitting mis selling and wrote the loan off Txt Loans was only a small amount and that was paid off Quick Quid not paid off ..complaint put in not had final response that was months ago they passed that to collection agent i wrote told them there was a complaint in they havent pursued the it. not heard anything from payday express or payday uk and now received letter from BW Legal saying they are now handling the account for their client prac and that prac have purchased the debts. Ca anyone advise on what is the best way to handle these debts many thanks lets
  9. well as of yesterday the faults are back along however the fuel in the car is just under 1/2 a tank any sugetstions ...should it just be another email totally rejecting the car... many thanks guys n girls

Well have picked the car back up yesterday and was told that the problem lies with the car running low on fuel putting the blame back on me for the faults, when i picked te car up i actually did a voice record and explained what fuel i pu i the car and at which millage point for example £15 every 90 miles, as the gauge cant be relied on..the dealer didnt say much to that. i also asked that as the car is now sorted, i wont get any faults ...was told hopefully not..... so now we will see. "whats with the software update J66" will keep you posted on the cars issues

Well I sent an email to the garage last night giving them 2 weeks to get it sorted or i will be looking to recieve a full refund and return the car to them, and that if nothing happens i will be looking to recover the cost through the courts.....i also phoned them first thing this morning, and the said they were just reading the email....and they will call me back.... mins later they called back to say they have booked the car in with mai dealer for wednesday and they will collect tomorow ... so we will see what happens

Many thanks BankFodder, I will be doing a letter for them to have tomorrow rejecting the car, as enough is enough. we havent been anywhere as such with the car, the furthest we have been in on trip has been 14 miles there, because we havent been able to rely on the car. i was thiking about giving them 3 choices 1) take car back for full refund 2) give us 1/2 back of what we paid so that we can get the car into main dealer to be repaired properly. 3) get them to take it to main dealer for repair and they cover the cost what would be your thoughts Many thanks

Hi All I purchased a C8 in May this year, from around June the car has been back to the garage with the same issues, Diagnostics showed rail pressure sensor, fuel pressure sensor, or even both everytime they plugged it in and reset the the fault code, last time it was in the garage (just 2 weeks ago) they changed the map sensor. and and we are still having power issues as well as EML coming on, Well today the car ended up being bought home on the back of a truck and the diagnostics the mechanic did before he picked car up showed same faults again... Can I just reject this car now or do I have to give them another chance to fix it please help many thanks Lets
  15. That`s what I thought DX, just their nomal dribble. just shows they have nothing to take it to court and are relying on the defendant to supply them with the evidence that the claimant should rely on. cheers Lets

Well the Court received our defence and forwarded a copy to Restons .. today we had a letter telling us we need to give them a copy of the agreements etc that we would have had when the account was set up. if we cant supply them they want us to discontinue with our defence.. ..I always thought that the plaintiff should have everything in hand before they make a claim ...
  19. We had a letter from Restons before we had the claim form, so I asked for all the information then and was told that we needed to rely on our own records....so the request went in again under cpr. doubt we will get anything at all cheers Lets

Hi All My better half had a Credit card with Cap one which was terminated in 2010 with default entered March 2010. we heard nothing at all until November 2014 when she had 2 letters from Cabot were received followed by a letter from Restons. this letter advised legal action should the account not be cleared, I sent a letter asking for details and was told that we had to rely on our own records. then 2nd Feb the N1 Claim was received. this has been acknowledged. we sent of letters asking for the evidence, that was received by Restons on 4th Feb and still have had no response from either Cabot or Restons. Here is the defence we Propose to use. please could those in the know have a glance and see how it fairs. many thanks Lets
